Selection Riviera Cancún - All Inclusive

I would put 10, but the beach was closed because of sargassum and this week they just started to install the barriers. The other issue is the road to access the hotel, it's like a rural way, shared by several resorts, it's painful to get in and out of the property

I will start off by saying the staff here goes above and beyond to make your experience 5+stars. Bettina, Mauricio, and Sergio are fabulous. The room we stayed in was great and well maintained by housekeeping daily. The food is very good at all the restaurants as well. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this resort this year, and once the beach is fixed, we will absolutely return.

This property was a disappointment. The resort has potential, but it was basically empty. There were only 2 restaurants open each night. There were very limited activities for kids/families. There was no nightly entertainment, like advertised. The seaweed was out of control…the beach was inaccessible and the smell was nauseating. Resorts nearby had barricades to prevent the seaweed from ruining the beaches. There were limited food/drink/snack options throughout the day. The only positives were the amazing staff and cleanliness. We had to go off the resort and spend extra money on excursions.

It was a lovely resort. We had everything we needed. The pools were clean, the food was good and the room were cleaned well and daily. The only drawback was all the seaweed which was not their fault. It was also really scarce the occupancy was low for the time of year and the size of the place. Not sure why it really was great all around.

Staff was extremely friendly, made you feel at home. The resort was gorgeous! Beach as closed, but Ivan and Julian did amazing at helping us plan excursions. Angel greeted us with a big smile and was so sweet! The check in/out was easy. The entire staff was 5/5 stars. Food was also delicious, staff made sure to keep everything super clean everywhere!

We really love this place . The staffs were very friendly and very good service . Room was very clean and comfortable and specially food was so delicious and very fresh seafood. Definitely we will come back and highly recommended to all our friends .

Great staff great people needs more activity

The beeach was not available to use at all, and that disappointed us alot , and no activities or shows at all, would not go there anymore:(

Great service and. However its 45 minutes from cancun actually

It was a amazing place and the rooms and services where great 100% recommend

They do not have what they offer, only 2 restaurant open and no buffet

Great place to stay. Polite staff, clean pools, great food, nice atmosphere.

We loved our stay at the property. They are in the middle of doing a facelift to it (paint mostly) but the food was great and the staff were excellent. So nice and accommodating. We went with a group of 6, 2 adults and 4 children. All of the kids had a blast, and we were able to relax and chill by the pool. The beach had lots of seaweed, but it’s not the resorts fault, it was everywhere, at all resorts. It is just the time of the year that we went. Overall, i would give the property a 9/10

The staff were all excellent!! They made us feel very welcome and attended to!! The rooms and property were absolutely beautiful!! The only down fall was the sargassum so we couldn't enjoy the beach but it didn't bother us too much because we enjoyed the swim up pools! We will definitely come back to this resort!

The resort was ok overall. We had a really hard time getting information. When we would ask something they would refer us to a different person and then a different. When we tried playing tennis we had to go ask for the balls and rackets and they told us it wasn't available until later that evening. When I called to ask for the pool hours they told me they all closed at 5pm which we found very odd. The only swim up bar open until later is the adult pool. Wish they would keep the swim up bar at the other pool a little later than 5pm. The resort credits are an inconvenience as they still make you pay only covering 20% of it. Servers in restaurants were very nice and on top of things.

This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time in Mexico, we got lots of information about how the country works and the people. Lots of excursion options even during off season. Only complaint is about the seaweed smell which would have been nonexistent if we weren’t here during seaweed season.

The hotel is beautiful however it felt like a zombie vacation where is the people ! They listed multiple restaurants however it’s only 2! No hot tubs only if u have a swim up room . Karaoke night had 2 people . You couldn’t access the beach it’s full of seaweed . There is a hot tub in your room however it’s no hot water the water was near warm if that. The staff was nice however i felt it was a waste of vacation. At 8:00 It’s no moment you can’t get in the pool. We were told there was an adult pool however there were kids in the pool kids ran up in down the hallway as well maybe so much noise. Not to mention at dinner 2 kids ran in screamed the entire night one little guy sit under my table near my leg it was his birthday the best part was singing happy birthday to the adorable guy. I booked 2 rooms over 2k in I would say me being a traveler this was my worst experience. Not to mention I was hounded to do a presentation.

Very quiet and enjoyed the menu

This property is under new ownership. The staff is under trained and often provided incorrect information to guests. Was not informed until my last day that the $70/day room credit had to be utilized each day or forfeited. Staff at spa informed my daughter it was cumulative and she ended up paying almost $200USD for a 40 minute message OUTRAGEOUS. Mexico is NOT cheap. Started booking airport transportation through the resort. Quoted $180USD round trip. Found my own at $115. Beware of this resort the facility is old and in disrepair. Portions of meals changed daily getting smaller and smaller each day. The lobster upgrade was a ridiculous $75USD at an all inclusive for 2 lobster tails, you can decide for yourself but I’m not going back.

Nice for no entertainment at all .
