The rooms were small poor water pressure and food was so cold and not appealing at all toster was broken, need improvement in general

Too noisy, lobby under construction, keys get de codified every day and nobody informs that. Bad room smells bad. Breakfast should star at 6 am as this is a business hotel.

Very quiet and clean and had an amazing view during nighttime of zapopán!

The staff was amazing, food good, cleaning good, but the sheets were stained and also the towels and a lot of towels with holes in them. In our room the air conditioning was turning off a lot and it was leaking water all the time.

Management has zero people skills.

This is supposed to be a 3-star hotel, but the room was terrible. The only good thing about this place is the staff which was very polite and helpful within their limits and company rules. I made a reservation for 4 nights, after the first night I wanted to cancel, but I was not able to get a refund on my reservation, so we stayed another 3 nights and things just got worst. Even though the room has a blackout shades that prevents light from outside to get in, regardless, the room has enough light inside produced by white bright LEDs of the A/C unit and the on wall A/C controller, plus the TV blue LED and a blinking Green LED from the Phone, these light emitted surpasses the light from outside (at least on the 9th floor that we stayed). The bed and pillows are comfortable enough, but it had NO fitted sheets and no mattress cover, so you can wake up laying directly over the mattress, which is not hygienic at all. Also, the sheets had yellow stains, and they were not changed even after complaining 2 days in a row. They only added a small mattress cover at the second night. The towels were old, worn and felt dried, rough to the skin. The shower drape was short, so the bathroom floor floods. We saw a small cockroach on the room that fall from the shades while opening it. By the third day we noticed the room was not being swept neither mop since we saw the same traces or dirt and hair that was accumulated, and the bathroom floor towel was left wet in the floor.

Habitaciones muy sucias. No hacen bien la limpieza, Toallas viejas y deshiladas, no te ponen insumos suficientes de baño como shampoo y jabon. Me tiraron una caja de zapatos especial para su traslado.

Estuve hospedado 1 noche , acudi al futbol y mi experiencia fue muy grata, buen desayunó y atención buena del staff del hotel. El cuarto limpio y comodo. Excelente ubicación.

Estaba sucia la habitacion, el ac goteando, el baño olia mucho a humedad, la cortina de la regadera con hongos, las sabanas olian mal.

It was close to a big plaza, but with the traffic in Guadalajara it took us a long time to get to the Akron Stadium. Check in was at 3 pm, we went a little early and they told us to come back at 3 pm, we went back at 3:30 pm and they said that the room was still not ready to wait in the lobby, went back at 4:15 and the lady said that the room was not ready, but because I insisted, she said she will give me a different room. The room looked clean but did not have any hand soap, it appeared to have been rushed ready.

Excelente hotel en casi todos los aspectos. El desayuno se empieza a poner a la hora en que dicen que uno puede desayunar, así que a veces tiene uno fruta para comenzar, a veces llega cuando ya está uno a punto de terminar. El estacionamiento necesitaría un poco de control. Tuvimos que esperar a que el encargado buscara y localizara al dueño del coche estacionado detrás de nosotros. Fuera de esos dos puntos, nos fuimos contentos

Todo muy tranquilo, un pequeño detalle, en la madrugada se escucha muy claro las voces del loby en los primeros piso, estaria excelente si se pudiera corregir.
