Ocean view, close to everything. My only complaint is that there was no hot water in shower. Luke warm at best. Shukran. I had a great time in Morocco!

Lovely staff and good breakfast. Good location at the outer edge of the Medina (though we got lost trying to find it). Very steep steps to rooms and rooftop deck. Room was charming but some oddities, like a cupboard with rod but a shelf immediately below, so hangers not useable. And only one set of towels for two people --asked for more and got an extra hand towel but still only one bath towel between us. However, they kindly lent us wine glasses and a cork screw! I didn't love our bathroom (in Saadia room), unglazed tiles in shower base seemed like they be hard to clean. However, a clean safe spot for a reasonable rate -- I'd stay again.

Very difficult to find this place in a dingy area. The staff appeared less than happy to see us. They offered no maps nor recommendations for places to eat - a bit useless really.
The ocean view was fantastic but the bed was uncomfortable. Neither of us slept well for the two days we spent. Still nice to open the window and listen to the ocean!
Shower worked very well with plenty of hot water.

Booked for 2 adults and 2 children and was given a self contained apartment with sitting area and tiny kitchen plus 2 bathrooms over 2 floors. View was amazing, staff polite and breakfast good. Only caution is upstairs bedroom ceiling low (6 feet) and stairs very narrow so may not be good for those with mobility problems. They do have rooms without these issues so just ask but we felt we had the best rooms here for the view alone. Roof terrace a bonus.

Beautiful Riad, nice room & hot water!! The staff was kind, helpful & very attentive. Hubby had a stomach ache and they got him tea to make him feel better.
This is our bad - we didn’t realize that we hadn’t paid online when booking. There was some confusion but they were kind & patient with us. They don’t take credit cards but we were fortunate because we had just enough cash to pay for it.

Window became detached upon opening. Made for a chilly, noisy night, but staff quickly repaired, then all was well. Rooms have no heat, but cozy sleeping under blankets. Very quiet. Good breakfasts. Good location, close to souks.

I really appreciated the riad host that he protected my friend from our tour guide who tried to take advantage of her vulnerability. The riad host immediately told the tour guide to leave the room. The host warned us that our tour guide was a crooked snake. I am glad that host stood his ground firmly to protect us and the host treated us with great respect. He served us an amazing breakfast. The riad was beautiful and clean, and it obviously is hundred years old that some areas needed some surface cosmetic work. The terrace on top of roof has good view of Atlantic Ocean. I would definitely return to this location. I want to say thanks to riad host for taking care of us with his protection.

Dar Al Bahar was simply lovely. The room (Malika) that we chose was on the third floor but we were helped both going up and down with our luggage. The view is to die for, absolutely breathtaking. The terrace was perfect for watching the sunset and breakfast. We were a little cold so we had breakfast downstairs which was fine. We always had 2 types of bread with an omelette, coffee and juice. Location is good for all parts of the Medina, about a ten minute walk from where the taxi drops you off.
