It was great and relaxing. The staff was very courteous, respectful, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had. It was very clean, from the bathroom, the kitchenette, the pillows, the sheets, and everything else. It was a great location a few blocks away from the beach, restaurants, activities, and shopping. Also, it was easy to find parking, even though it was the weekend. The only thing is that we had to live both bedrooms open, because the AC was in the kitchenette only. But after a few hours the bedrooms were cool too. Other then that, it was a wonderful experience.

It all went well I wanted extra time for checkout, which was given as there was no booking for that room on the day. However, when I first requested, I was told I would have to pay 150MAD, but at checkout, I was charged 250MAD. I didn't want to argue as we were leaving, but found this quite upsetting. It's not about money, but principles.

Misleading room details and bed sizes. I booked a room with a queen bed and two twin beds, but I was given only two twin beds. The hotel management blamed the site for providing incorrect information and claimed that the bed sizes are a Moroccan standard, which is not true.

Upon checkin the staff members have no idea on what is Expedia. They only have one dodgy left. Light's switch off every 10 secs at night. Staff were fairly rude and didn't speak English properly. Try to con us £50 to get to the airport when it was a 10 min drive. Aviod

Its a comfortable basic hotel which is just about close enough to walk to the beach, but if like us you have your car to explore the area, which I recommend, then this hotel is not for you. The hotel states it has free parking but there is no dedicated car park. Parking is only free if you happen to find a space outside on the street which is close to never. It caused us much stress to find parking outside and nearby often having to use other car parks and other streets to park in which are not free. The staff are aware of this problem but not much could be done. Parking in Martial is a nightmare so you are better off finding a hotel that has a carpark. We also didn't have WiFi for the first 4 days of our stay which was also inconvenient. Overall it was more stressful and hassle than we'd hoped.
