Riad Signature

Excellent staff. Welcome was lovely with coming to meet us from the organised taxi from the airport, mint tea and the city advice given. The hotel is super peaceful which is lovely in a city centre.

The riad is perfectly located, short 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants and the busy medina but very peaceful once inside and up in the beautiful terraces. The staff were so helpful and fantastic at looking after us. Nothing was too much trouble. They are a real asset to this riad. Would highly recommend and would visit again if in Marrakesh.

Loved this property! It is located down a small quiet alley. The caretaker was very kind in highlighting the area and how to find our way back to the area as GPS did not work well in helping us. Therefore, be sure to pay attention as we left in the daylight and finding it again that evening was a challenge. Our room was lovely and well appointed. In the morning the courtyard provided a great place to work remotely as WiFi worked well.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Signature this past weekend. The riad’s central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot—everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the shared spaces throughout the riad were beautifully designed and full of charm. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast, which was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive, especially Aziz. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great local recommendations and always checking in with a smile.

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it, great location, friendly staff and beautiful rooms. They served up some coffee, juice and pastries on our last day before we had to head out early for the airport even though this was before official breakfast serving hours, thought this was a lovely touch. Would stay again if ever in Marrakech.

I cannot express enough how amazing the experience was, largely due to the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well and every interaction was filled with warmth and kindness. The room itself was a bit outdated especially the washroom but the staff made the stay worth it! Abdul was a standout during our stay. He was always so friendly and sweet, making sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of every time he bumped into us. His recommendations for things to do were spot on, and we genuinely looked forward to our chats with him. He truly made us feel like welcomed guests, and his attentiveness added such a personal touch to our experience. Mohammad was equally wonderful. He took the time to guide us through what to expect in Marrakech, helping us get acclimated to the city with insightful tips. He also helped arrange transportation for us, ensuring our travels around the city were smooth and stress-free. His assistance and genuine care made a huge difference in our comfort during our time there. Aziz was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us organize taxis for our outings. He was always ready to assist and was another friendly face that we could count on throughout our stay. His attention to detail and care were deeply appreciated. The cleaning ladies were also exceptional. They always greeted us with a smile and a friendly "hello" whenever we passed by. Their kindness and dedication to keeping the riad clean

The staff were all lovely. Super clean and daily room cleans. The rooftop is so beautiful in the sun. It’s super quiet but feels really safe and only about 10 min walk to main square etc. WiFi sometimes a bit iffy, but besides that it was perfect. Thank you so much!

Excellent centrak place to stay. From tge moment they came yo meet our transport we felt welcome & looked after. Short walk to the main square through the alleys. Good resurants near by. Central covered courtyard which the rooms surround. Realky clean. Locely big roof terrace with small pool is a welcome place to spend a few hours. The best thing about this riad is its staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Helping get to meeting points for trips, advice on money exchange and when my dayghter was unwell they really took care of us. Thank you. Overall great position in the medina with a friendly welcome.

Enjoyed the rooftop area and patio. Close to souks and restaurants. Close to historic sites. Mohammed and Azziz were outstanding. They were very helpful and informative. They were always available if needed and gave good advice on the area, safety, rides and areas to avoid. Thank you for looking out for us’

Riad is a very convenient and beautiful. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. However, when the hotel mentions parking availability, it’s important to note that it refers to street parking. If you inquire about parking options, you may be told that the staff are not parking managers, which I found a bit amusing 😊 Overall, our stay was pleasant, and the staff at the hotel were very attentive.

BIG thanks for Azis, Mohammed & Khalid. Their kindness, assistance, smile, etc made our stay so memorable. The riad is clean & the rooftop, WOW!!

Everyone here was extremely helpful and friendly. Very comfortable room with a delicious breakfast. Well located and easy to find your way back to the hotel.

IT WAS OKAY

Staff was wonderful, they treated my parents very well. They looked out for our needs. The room was spacious (first floor). Only one window but did not have any direct sunlight into the room so the room felt dark and stuffy.

I don’t comment very often but this Riad and the people looking after it are very friendly and so helpful, I would recommend anyone who wants to visit Marrakesh to stop there. Riad Signature: thank you so much !
