I had a lovely stay here with family. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. As an English traveller staff were very helpful to me especially. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout. Food is very good here.

Customer service needs work. They seem to have an idea of what 5 stars looks like, but can't seem to execute it. Things were missing from the room (towels, hair dryer) and it took hours to get them. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, though we requested it several times and were assured "right away". No mini bar, no coffee maker or kettle. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay, and it ended up being cheaper and better.

First I got a dirty room and with a lower standard level - had to complain to get a clera one with an upgrade - do not take the breakfast that is very expensive compare to what you get - go to the town and you get a great one for 1/4 of the price

This is the only high ranked facility in Oujda... thus the repeat stay!!! But honnestly, they can do much more in term of customer service, cleanliness and overall hotel aspect and quality... an area with potential but lacking services.

Probably the nearest to the best hotel in Ojuda. Next to the train station which takes you to Marrakech, Casa and Rabat. Overall can't complain about service, friendly and nice, however I did ask for a wakeup call for 04:30 as I was getting an early flight. They did'nt bother with the call.

This is a clean, comfortable, well-managed hotel. It is centrally located, has good facilities, and courteous, efficient staff. There is hot water, sufficient towels, and all the necessities in a thoroughly cleaned bathroom. The rooms are well-appointed and the beds are firm. The breakfast buffet is really ample, well presented and delicious. I can't think of anything that I would wish otherwise.

Despite some hick-ups during my stay in October this time it was much better. Thoug I did not get my preferred room, I was given a junior suite the two last nigh instead.
