Difficult to locate.

I was the only person there in two days room was full of damp now I've got a bad cough .never been cleaned.breakfast not as shown on website

I hate to give bad reviews, but the condition of this property, and the cleniness of my room was, so bad I didn’t even take a shower. I got out of there as quick as I could.The bathroom window was off its hinges, so mosquitos were attacking me at night. The towels were old, and ratty. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets, and pillows were old, and the pillow, and pillow cases had holes. There were stains on the walls, and the mirror above the bed was dirty. On a more positive note, the staff was very nice, and extremely helpful. The location of the property was close to the airport, and very convenient.

Very cheap room, so shouldn’t really expect much. The first room I was given had rat droppings all over the bed. They agreed to change to another room which was just as dirty only minus visible rat droppings. There were ants in the bathroom, clearly unwashed sheets, disgustingly dirty bathroom. I didnt even want to touch anything so didn’t have a shower there. I used my own blanket and towel as sheets because I didn’t want to touch the sheets. The staff were rude and seemed angry to be woken up at 6am when I needed to check out, despite me telling them then night before that is when I needed to check out. Would not visit again.

Acceptable standard for the price. Good location for the airport.

The place is what you expect for £15 a night. But the bed was comfy. Easy walk to the airport - I stayed there after I missed a domestic connection. The £15 included breakfast which was fine. Water was hot and the bathroom was ok. I’d use the place again in the same circumstance but it’s not a hotel that you would plan to stay at as part of a holiday!!

No lights in hallway and no windows.

It is an old building & maintenance could have been much better. It is a bit far from the main road.

Very affordable, basic place to spend a night in between arriving late in Yangon and heading off the next day. Perfect place for spending a 6h transit. Comfortable bed although room is stylish. Best to arrive with taxi as the Airport Inn is not on the main road.

One has to consider that Myanmar is a rather poor country. But even then the biggest concern was the bed was rock hard, as were the pillows. It made for a very uncomfortable night. Otherwise it was not bad for the price, and is close to the airport, with staff that spoke decent enough English. Did not try the breakfast, so no comment on that. Also right under the flight path, so planes are really loud as they are just approaching the airport. Just don't expect to go out and find anything nearby, it is not close to anything, so really just good for a layover for the airport.

Cheap price and near airport,,,,,,shower with hot water but slowly

Just one night stay, airport transfer, close to airport . Price was good, and included breakfast. Walked to near by restarent. Also close to market. Staff very nice

Only THREE reasons for staying here for just 6 hours - price, location & I wanted a shower before my long flight home.

The hotel was ok but there were a few things that would of made our stay better. We booked twin beds but was given a double bed. The bathroom was dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants but the bedroom was clean. Breakfast basic . Staff were friendly

Very close to Airport. Good price and clean room.

It was a basic hotel very near to the airport, not fantastic but okay for a night's rest.

Check in was ok. Staff was friendly. Located 15mins walk to the airport. That's where the good points end. Room was filthy!!! After a 15hr bus ride from Ngapali, a shower was needed. What was not needed was the hair, mold and plastic waste that came up from the drain while already standing in 2 inches of backwater. Really not needed were the "personal" hairs, toenail clippings and used profylactic wrappers in the sheets. Unused ones were in the nighstand. The room smelled of cigarettes. Mold was growing on the walls. Bathmat was vile. The whole property is a disaster. Planes kept us up all night flying directly overhead. This is acceptable (but awful for sleeping) on account of airport proximity. Decent locations at the same price are also within the area. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice large ensuite room which was clean and airy with good bed. The hotel is easy to get to in about 5 mins from the airport by taxi. There is occassional airplane noise which you must expect being so close to the airport. I am a seasoned traveller and I have to say this was the worst breakfast I have ever had. After waiting a long time I got an egg and 3 slices of white bread with a jar of jam (oh yes and a packet of instant coffee with hot water). A tub of rancid margarine was also provided. I have to say, the egg was delicious!

Had a 14 hours stay at Airport Inn and I had to find a way to escape. Although the staff was very nice to check me in earlier, but it couldn't make up fully for the service and its condition. The room was clean, except the fridge that hasn't been working for so long so it smelt stinky when I open it. There was no shampoo, shower gel or anything in the bathroom except soap. No telephone to connect to reception so anytime I need anything I will have to come down. The hotel advertised free wifi. Yes but only in reception area with super slow internet and 5 staff sitting around you. Wasn't a great pleasure after all.
