Hotel was very dated there was mould in rooms I had to be moved from the first room as the electricity kept trippingthe breakfast had a good variety and room service was great value. The location was good just 1 street away from the action

I wonder how it was considered as 4 star hotel in the first place. Highly doubt about all the 10/10 reviews, if those are paid reviews. Stayed several hotel in Nepal in 10 days, but none of the hotel was misguided like this. The pictures shown in the sites are at least 5 years old. No wonder why they offer low price for so called 4 star hotel. It’s a 2 star hotel who claims they are 4 star. Booked their premium suits and it was just a bad maintained place. Not going back there again for sure.

I loved staying here, which is why I am returning in a few days time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic. It's in a great location and feels very safe. The staff are all very good at advising on places to visit and how to get there. I highly recommend DOM Himalaya.
