Nirvana Boutique Hotel

It’s an ideal place to stay in Kathmandu. Right in the middle of Thamel, so you’re right by the restaurants, bars and attractions but it’s off the street so is delightfully peaceful and quiet. All the staff were polite and efficient, breakfast was great- I got an excellent freshly made omelette snd coffee. The gentlemen who make them were both fantastic and deserve extra praise. Someone kindly carried my bag for me and they hired a comfortable and clean cab for me.

İ enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room had all the basics I needed. The receptionist was amazingly helpful, and the service staff at the restaurant were very good. The breakfast was plentiful and omelets delicious. If I ever return to Kathmandu, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel.

Run down and dirty

Well located in the Kathmandu busy downtown district of Thamel, we enjoyed the staff superbe smiles and warm welcome. The hotel provides driver services for day long custom trips and airport transportation in recent car or minivan at a very reasonable cost. And the breakfast buffet as a good choice of food for everyone.

Staff was so nice & respectful, i got some issue on first night they really feel bad & change my room & upgrade to suite..so sweet (Guards,Day & night guys both was soo amazing, friendly, helpful, & caring love it) & Thanks

Exactly what we look for on our trips. A very good price/quality hotel in a busy location to enjoy the city we are visiting. Good size room, clean, the only negative side is the bathroom is under our North American expectations. Breakfast was perfect and we could enjoy it outside in a nice garden area.

The Nirvana Boutique Hotel is a little oasis in the middle the Thamel area of Kathmandu!! Their outdoor garden courtyard is the perfect place to relax with your meal or a drink after a busy day out! The staff are absolutely amazing, very helpful, friendly and warm! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful! I would highly recommend the Nirvana Boutique hotel!!

Great hotel to stay in Kathmandu if you are looking for a place where you can walk around and have stores and restaurants nearby. Their breakfast area is really nice, and the rooms are exactly as shown in the photos.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was great and the rooms were comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again! The hotel is at the end of a quiet road just off the bustling Thamel shopping area.

Outstanding breakfast. Clean room and clean bed linen. Very close to shopping areas . Easy to reach Monasteries and temples from the hotel . Traffic is bad . Overall had a pleasant stay . Very friendly staff

Excellent food in a beautiful garden. Remarkably helpful staff at the front desk. My room was very small, but the price was great!

Very old, mirrors are old and dirty, and unclean and out of date bathroom..very poor for price paid. But staff are nice.

Over all average stay cleanliness needs work . Hot water takes time over all it’s ok

We spent 3 nights at the Nirvana and loved it. Our room was spacious and clean and had a wonderful belcony. The breakfast Buffett was lovely, and the gardens amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being a block away from great shipping. I would highly recommend the Nirvana.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! I was greeted at the airport for my transfer and then with a glass of fresh watermelon juice at check-in. The room was spacious and clean and had adapters for multiple countries. The hotel is quiet and centrally located. The front desk staff helped me coordinate an excursion and the on-site restaurant was delicious. It also included a fabulous breakfast buffet each morning, including an omelette station. Can't say enough about this amazing hotel! Special shout-out to Miss Choten Sherpa at the front desk, Zanak my driver/tour guide and Samudra and Solina in the restaurant. The security guard greeted me each morning, also. Friendly, helpful staff made all the difference.
