Nice local community location with parking just behind building at local Supermarket. Only thing that can improve is the washing of towels. I found a ball of long hair in one of mine but sure this does not happen all the time. Overall great value for money and a good stay. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

The neighbourhood is scenic and pretty close to the train station. The housekeeper is very nice and the room is comfy and tidy.

Nice room, very clean. Staff who met me for check in was really informative. Definitely recommend and I’ll be staying again.

Perfect, if you like the following: To enjoy Amsterdam without having to to endure the night noise, Zwannenburg is a lovely, quiet suburb, with plenty of convenient shops and places to eat nearby, the train station is a decent walk from the Hotel (about 15 minutes) but it’s a small hassle for such a nice venue, Room had funky decor, a great bathroom, a mini fridge, large screen TV and a balcony. The staff are very much hands off unless you need them, which personally I prefer, so you are free to come and go without having to have conversations. (Another place I’d stayed before involved feeling like you were asking permission every time you went out). Overall no complaints at all!

Great place for a short stay as the top attic room I was in had hardly any room to manoeuvre but did the job for my stay. No in room coffee facilities only inside the main entrance for €1 No heating in room during my 5 day stay until the lastnight when it was turnt on but overall good experience and pleasant polite staff.

A nice and neat family hotel to be recommended for those who do not have a hard time traveling 25 minutes to the center of Amsterdam (by foot from home to train and 10 minutes by train to the center.) Charming and helpful staff all the time at your service We probably visit them again.

Easy connection to town Center or airport. Veranda patio very appealing. Plastic glasses??? Host helpful with steep stairs. Perfect to visit town

Travelocity information does not match the current situation. The hotel has changed owners and does not offer an airport shuttle. Even the phones at the airport no longer exist. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train stop, and if we had known we probably would have booked a different hotel. The owner claims that they notified Expedia of the changes, but they were not acted on. While we did not have a problem, some might have difficulties accessing the rooms, since there is no elevator and the stairs are steep and narrow. The room itself was clean but small. The bed was pressed against the wall on one side. The bathroom was above average with new fixtures.

I have been overcharged by almost €200 I keep getting £90 taken out of my account from this apartment, the staff were rude and there is a massive window in between both the bedrooms so there is no privacy whatsoever.

Hotel was fine. No airs or graces but did what we needed. Only down side was no tea or coffee in the room. If you wanted it you could buy it from a machine.

good for basic stay. relatively closer to airport than downtown amsterdam.

Great little b&b BUT costed $70.00 each way to get to airport. False advertising!!!! Spent almost $300.00 for one night. Found under EXPEDIA "airport hotel". EXPEDIA needs to supervise their advertisers and confirm the location they post is accurate. Place was nice BUT WRONG LOCATION

Very nice and quite location. Near to good restaurants and shops. Easy to find and very organised, very friendly place.

My partner and I stayed here on 2 seperate nights during our time in Holland & plan on returning! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are lovely, spacious & clean and the location is perfect (if you don't like the busy city). There are a number of shops close by along with plenty of places to eat & the train station is only a 15min walk away. You can come and go as you please & it really does feel like home! No faults at all, very happy with our stay.

Clean and modern room. Not very sound proof. We could clearly hear noises from other rooms and hallway stairs were very noisy.

we faced a stricted receptionest when arrived and been reqested to summit each personal ID or passport to make copies even though I booked two rooms under my name. one of the rooms is small that equipped with a double mattress and narrow space on the both side of the bed. Be alert, no air conditioner. Also, we were asked to pay cash plus 12%tax, instead of 6%. In the tiny lobby aera, I was charging my electronic gadgets and moved the sitting chair closer to the outlet when nobody around at 10pm. The receptionest pushed the chair back to the original place and insisted that the layout of the sitting aera can not be shifted. I said I would moved it back when I am finished. He ignored me.
