Comfortable room, very clean and nice sized bathroom with good shower. Staff on reception were extremely helpful and kind. Can buy breakfast on a morning if wanted. Only 10 min walk from the nearest metro station makes it very easy to get into the centre but there are a few little cafes/shops in the area too.

Room was fairly cheap, a little far outside the centre but worth it saving a few bucks on the price. Room has a bed, TV and bathroom. Bed was comfy and really large but the topper kept sliding off. Only complaint was having to use the TV to access the WiFi as my TV didn't have a smart remote so I couldn't access the QR code to sign in. The staff that helped me gave me a code but didn't seem sure it would work in the room. Maybe having an alternative way to get onto the WiFi is needed.

Considering the price, not my best hotel experience.
We had a situation where our room was overbooked. We check in, go to our room, only to find people already sleeping in our bed. The staff was helpful and gave us an “upgrade”. The upgraded room was incredibly dusty, its like the room was speed cleaned. We found hair and dust all over the room. Thankfully the towels were clean.

We stayed in several different locations in Amsterdam. This was the roomiest with the best A/C. The staff was very friendly. It was a little run down. Quick/cheap uber to/from the ArenA. Overall a good stay!
