This was a short break, and the first time my partner had been to that area. She loved both the hotel and the area. Would definitely come again and use the same hotel, but stay longer!

The Beach Hotel is a pleasant place in a great location. The dunes and beach are right across the street. The room was small and simple, but comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff very friendly & informative, rooms were a very good size and clean & comfortable, though could do with tea & coffee facilities which is pretty much standard for most hotels. Perfect location for access to Zoutelande beach, and as we had our dog with us it was ideal and just what we needed.

Pluspunkte: Sehr nettes Personal. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit Balkon. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher.
Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig. Als Restaurant am Abend war es weniger einladend und eher ungemütlich.
Minuspunkte: Recht schmaler Kleiderschrank, Fenster zum Balkon veraltet und nicht gut isoliert. Besoners enttäuscht hat uns, dass das beworbene Massageangebot während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht angeboten wurde.
Insgesamt hat das Hotel einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen, allerdings aufgrund der Ausstattung und verbauten Materialien im Gebäude würde ich diesem Hotel nicht 4 Sterne geben.

Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein Zimmer , in dessen Badezimmer der Abluft Ventilator so laut pfiff, dass trotz geschlossener Tür an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.
Einen Zimmertausch verneinte die Rezeption mit der Begründung das Hotel sei ausgebucht.
Nach der dritten Reklamation war dann doch ein Upgrade möglich.
Wir finden den Kundenservice fraglich, da keinerlei Kulanz gezeigt wird, obwohl wir angeboten hatten , das Zimmer zu behalten und für die folgenden Tage die Mehrkosten zu bezahlen.
Das sollte man von einem vier Sterne Hotel doch erwarten können. Sehr schade.

Hübsches Hotel an schöner Lage. Mitarbeiter freundlich und bemüht. Das Grühstück war schmackhaft und zweckmäsfig.
Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht den Erwartungen. Staub und Kalk im Badezimmer und ein schmutziger Boden solllten nicht vorkommen und entsprachen nicht 4 Sterne Standart. Schade, der Rest war gut.
