Een uitstekend hotel in kwaliteit/prijs verhouding. Gewoon goed en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een hotel verblijf. Een schone kamer en douche, goed bed, goed restaurant, gezellige bar waar je met de lokale bevolking in contact komt én een goed ontbijt

Our hotel room was separated From the restaurant in a separate 2-storey house with ca. 4 hotel rooms. We were very happy with it. Clean , modern room with TV, nespresso coffee machine and tea, a (remote gas fire) fireplace, shower and bath tub. The plug sockets are baby-safe. There was an excellent choice for breakfast with inside and outside tables in the restaurant across the street that is part of the hotel. Our children loved the playground, minigolf and trampoline and the (completely empty) indoors swimming pool. Our dog was able to stay with us. Parking has a hight restriction of about 2m30 (worked with roofbox). - the only criticism i would habe was that the shower didn’t drain well, otherwise all fine and perfect location for families, with the seal sanctuary, waddenlopen, cycling and all the things the hotel itself has to offer.

We stayed here before starting our hike on The Pieterpad, as it is right across the street. The room was sparse, but clean. The lighting was extremely dim - I could not read my book! The bedside lamps had yellow bulbs in them, and the ceiling fixture was also dim. The food in the adjoining cafe was good, and breakfast had everything we wanted.

We arrived at 7pm to find reception shut and eventually found out we had been over booked and spent nightt in a budget hostell.Eventually were moved into hotel to an ok room with no apology for the incinvenience.

Het is een oud hotel met krakende planken. Maar kamers hebben voldoende comfort en personeel is altijd aardig en leuk.
Restaurant aan de overkant van de weg.
Sommige kamers zitten boven het cafe. Maar daar heb je doordeweeks geen last van. En geluiden stoppen om 22.30 uur.
Ik kom er graag!

Ziet redelijk afgeleefd uit, welness is wel volledig nieuw. Kamers hebben zeer dunnen muren en krakende houten vloeren, dus als de buren iets te hard hoesten kan je al volgen.

Superplek voor een vriendentref maar ook met je familie en kinderen. Je lijkt aan te komen aan het einde van de wereld (3km van de wadden) maar het is een aaneenschakeling van hotel, cafe, restaurants etc met een ongekende vriendelijkheid van het (lokale) personeel. Gewoon een aanrader voor als je even rust wil in een prima ambiance!

Prima verblijf voor 1 nachtje weg, gebruik gemaakt van het lekkere warme zwembad. De sauna zou ook aangezet worden maar die was helaas niet warm.
Verder goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Das Hotel ist auf mehrere ältere Gebäude verteilt. Unser Zimmer war jedoch gut renoviert und vor allen Dingen sehr sauber. Perfektes inkl. Frühstück im Restaurant gegenüber wo man wunderbar draußen sitzen kann. Einzigster Kritikpunkt war jetzt bei über 30 Grad draußen, das das Zimmer nachts nur schlecht abkühlte aufgrund dass nur der obere Teil der Fenster zu öffnen ist.

Startpunt van het Pieterpad was handig. Leuk restaurant met aardig personeel. Het nadeel was dat het restaurant al vroeg dicht ging en ik om half 10 geen drankje meer kon doen. Ook geen winkels in de omgeving. Iets waar je wel rekening mee moet houden.
