The overall condition of the hotel was acceptable, but my experience was completely ruined by a serious noise issue. Between approximately 3:00 and 4:00 AM, there was extremely loud noise in the room, similar to construction or heavy machinery. It was not only very disruptive, but also accompanied by strong vibrations — even the bed was shaking. After being woken up, I tried using earplugs, but the noise was still clearly audible and made it impossible to fall back asleep. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel, especially during nighttime hours.

Hotel was perfectly placed for city centre with shops and restaurants very close but also it wasn’t noisy. Room clean. Excellent shower and comfy beds! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice! I would stay here again

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel in Den Haag. The location is very good, close to everything you need, but unfortunately it was not quiet at all. You can hear people’s voices through the night, which makes it hard to rest. The room also had almost no facilities — no tissue, no bottled water, nothing extra. It felt very basic for the price.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I have stayed here at least 25 nights over the past 5 months and they have always gone all out in making me feel welcomed.
