My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were very helpful and kind. A special mention to Gilbert (I hope I got that right) who was a great host. We would definitely visit again when in Amsterdam.

Hallways smelled very bad. Bathrooms had poor ventilation. Bartender at the bar was very rude. Someone opened our hotel room door while our do not disturb sign was on and startled us while we were in bed. Overall not worth the price we paid and doesn’t live up to the Kimpton name.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Centraal station and a stones throw from various shopping and food options. The staff is attentive and helpful. The social hour between 4 and 5 pm is worth attending (hello, free Heineken, wine and soft drinks with light snacks). The room itself was fine, no complaints there. Lastly, the buffet breakfast is excellent. A very solid option when staying in Amsterdam.

The only thing going for this property is the location to the station. I am not even sure why they categorize it as Kimpton, it's very old and dated

Loved the decor, great washing gel and lotion, in room coffee, comfortable beds and pillows, and loved the complimentary bicycles. Wished there were more towel bars in BR (only one), breakfast was very good too.

This property is very fun. Clean and professionally run, Staff is fluent in many languages. It has a great Fitness facility, which is hard to find in many European Hotels. The Room was very well designed. Spacious and the bathroom was large enough for two people. We had a great time at this hotel, Free Bikes, a well trained and staffed that was at our beck and call. I Highly recommend this Location and Hotel. Thank you, we will be back soon.

The location is very good, the receptionist Shalita is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, isolated and there is no noise from outside, I highly recommend it.
