Friendly staff that were happy to help when needed. Pool was lovely given the hot temperatures. Access to hired bikes that we enjoyed using and seeing the beautiful Maastricht surroundings.

A nice hotel quietly situated just outside the city but only a 25-30 minute stroll to the centre. Rooms are clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The reception area is welcoming and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The bar area and restaurant are very good and there is a nice childrens play area. Outside is a lovely terrace area and pool. All in all a very nice family hotel. Couple of gripes. Firstly the car used to be free but now 13 euros per night. Considering the out of town location I cannot see the reason for this other than money making. Secondly, as with all hotels worldwide, check your bill before leaving. I had 121 euros added to my bill for laundry, which I did not use. In fairness this was immediately refunded buutttt !

The staff were GREAT. Reception, Breakfast, cleaning. There is a pool but we didn’t have time, nor the gym. About €13 Uber from town. Interior isn’t modern. It was a good family stay.

Stayed for 3 nights very comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff were outstanding so friendly and helpful. Room was great. Some areas of hotel are a bit tired but not a problem. We would definitely stay again

Die Empfangsdame war sehr freundlich. Der Aufzug war ausser Betrieb, daher mussten wir über einen dunklen, verschmutzten Treppenaufgang in die 3.Etage. Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück überschaubar. Den Parkplatz haben wir nicht genutzt da in Hotelnähe noch kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden waren.

Great short stay on our way home from holiday. Staff were very welcoming and the room was clean. A little out from the center which is great for driving through, not much for restaurants near by and kitchens close early. We were able to get delivery to hotwl whichwas perfectly fine!
