One of the best choices in Amsterdam if you're travelling from Shiphol.
The reception is a very polite and helpful person called "Ashkan"
Very kind and supportive.
Highly recommended to book the breakfast, too.

It has a convenient shuttle from Schiphol, but hotel staff smoke near the bus stop.
My room was big, clean, and quiet (no airplane noise), but the mini-fridge compressor was noisy even though the fridge was empty. Its power cable was hidden behind a metal grille and could not be unplugged.
I chose this airport hotel for its eco-friendly claims, but powering an empty fridge without allowing the guest to turn it off seems wasteful. I did not stay long enough at this hotel to experience many of its other eco-friendly features, such as reduced housekeeping visits, but the toiletry consumables (e.g. soap) were in large, refillable bottles.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check in even though it was almost midnight when we arrived at the hotel.
We were even upgraded to a suite because they saw that we were tired.

Nice hotel that runs shuttle to airport (25 mins). I got upgraded to business class room at 5th floor by only 30 euro and got early check in as well. What a nice deal!
