Been coming here for years,friendly staff ,location is convenient -Supermarket ,KFC ,McDonalds 5mins one way - Westfield Mall other direction - Cafe on site with a $20 buffet breakfast
Only negative - outside areas need some cleaning and prettying up please

The customer service and room service were both good.
However, it was often noisy at night, possibly because of other guests having parties, and the hallway in front of our room was sometimes dirty with trash.

We stayed in room 9. There was a table outside the bedroom that was supposed to be for room 9 only. Other guests came and sat there until late and early in the morning and smoked so we could not open the blinds or windows. I would not recommend staying in room 9 for this reason.

Well presented motel. As a family of 3, we stayed in a room with 2 beds. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Small area with fridge, kettle and microwave. Limited plates but adequate for our needs. No sink so have to wash dishes in the bathroom. Shower was raised and could be tricky for very tall people. About a 1km downhill walk to Westfield Newmarket.
