Great location, grandchildren enjoy the breakfasts , and the treats they can help themselves too. Spacious rooms, comfy beds , the showers are another storey, no matter what little door is used they leak all over the floor , a very poor design . The kids live the pool although pretty cool and a shame the spa wasn’t in working order .

The location was great, as popping out for a meal was easy. Even with two young children. Plenty of options in Cuba Street.
The family room was great. Nice and spacious.
The staff were nice and accommodating, and after a couple of nights staying, were really friendly as they got to know us.

Great location, comfortable bed and funky rooms. Food was really good but pricey awesome cocktails. The spa was a drawcard for us so we were let down when we seen it was closed for maintenance.

I chose to pay a premium to stay here because of the pool and hot tub, but sadly the pool area was a bit gross - grubby, slightly murky water and the hot tub was "temporarily" out of action for repair, but looked like it had been in that state for a while with a missing tile and filthy inside. I only swam once in a 2 night stay where i normally would swim twice a day. The room was good, bed was a bit hot due to the latex mattress. Shower was just OK. Great location but not worth the extra 30% over other premium hotels in the City, in my experience

Room was comfortable, but neighbors were very loud 2 of thex3 nights we were there. Front desk was not interested in doing anything about it.
Shower had issues which we reported right away but nothing done about it.
