Perfect experience as VIP booked through Expedia. We got complimentary late check out , bottle of wine and the staffs are super nice ! I love everything about this hotel and is the best hotel we have stayed so far in the entire trip to NZ

Impeccable. Every detail in the room was considered. Form and function, design, everything. The space of the room is so well thought out. Its clearly a small space, but it feels comfortable and organised perfectly. We had a wonderful stay and will look to stay again, absolutely.

This property is modern design with good flow and vibe. Even the room is smaller compared to others same rating hotel but they have covered all the needs and requirement.

We had a fantastic stay at the Britomart Hotel in Auckland! While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were beautifully designed, making great use of space and offering a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The service was truly outstanding—staff were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made a real difference in my experience.
The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a well-appointed stay with excellent service.
