Hotel was very good, continently located. We took bus from airport which dropped us just in front of the hotel.
Room was quite comfortable (we were upgraded to a family room). Bathroom was relatively smaller but nicely organised.
The best part was the breakfast that was amazing. Very wide spread and lot of choices. Overall, very nice experience.

The hotel was thoroughly enjoyable to stay in. I signed up as a Radisson rewards member on arrival which meant my room was upgraded, so I had a room that overlooked the city. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel had a good breakfast (including gluten free cake and bread). It also had a gym which had good opening times, and a restaurant which was also convenient (though perhaps expensive). Overall I would recommend.

Superb hotel, location and staff are highlights. Bed was a bit too soft for my taste, but maybe that is a regional preference. Breakfast was delightful and varied, summit bar has creative and delicious cocktails, knowledgeable mixologists. Staff was professional, courteous, and security minded, but also friendly, helpful and informative.

Nice hotel, though getting here directly by foot from the train station requires going up some stairs. Gym and pool are nice touches, as is the bar on the top floor.

This hotel is in a good location for sightseeing around Oslo. It also had the best breakfast buffet I’ve experienced - outstanding.
Unfortunately the room was small and hot (no air con) and very dated. We were a couple that were given a different room type than what we booked. The room had a sofa bed that was made up for sleeping in and 2 single beds. Had to ask staff to change this on our arrival. The 2 single beds did not stay together either. The Summit bar on the 21st floor was underwhelming and very expensive. Overall this hotel was not good value and I wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel is in an excellent location, walkable to restaurants and major attractions. The room was comfortable, quality linens, good toiletries. *NOTE: there is no coffee maker in the room. The staff is excellent with the exception of the waiter in charge of the restaurant. We asked to move to another table and he rudely refused. He needs training in customer service. Because of him, we chose not to eat in the restaurant for the remainder of our stay, even though we had a 20% discount.

This is a great hotel. Pricy for sure. But one major error has me fuming. We were three couples (my two grown children with spouses, plus my husband and me). We each gave the desk ou4 own credit cards. But they ended up charging my son’s room on my card, in addition to my own. That’s almost $700 on my card which I have to now deal with to get reversed. My son has tried to no avail.
Also overnight parking is ridiculously expensive. We really shouldn’t have bothered with rental cars after all.
The city sightseeing buses are a 5 min walk away through the park.
The view from the bar is phenomenal.

Cleanliness could be improved eg longe and toilet areas. Toiletries in room poor and vanity kits etc not replenished once used. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again

Great location. Not in the crowded center but very easy walk to center. Nice having the Palace gardens a few minutes away. The A/C was much appreciated as it was quite hot. Highly recommend a room with views of the fjords. A wonderful stay.
