Just an easy cool stay

Staff was really friendly. The hotel is in a very good area and the room was very clean. Great experience!

I have been here 3x in 1 year. 1st night no a/c TV not working. 3rd night tv not working toilet not functioning

The experience was awesome every where was clean and tidy. Food was good. Staff was very helpful

We ordered Door Dash and were in the lobby waiting on it. We were at the bar which is next to the reception desk. When the delivery came my nephew went over to collect it. The agent at the desk told him he could leave it there until we got our Togo order at the bar. As we did that and returned to the desk. The food packages were gone. The same agent gave it to someone else. She insinuated that he picked up the package. Another coworker told her that it was another gentleman that took the food. She immediately knew who it was and proceeded to ignore us while she dealt with an individual that came up to the desk. I asked to see a supervisor to which she pointed to the person next to her who was typing on the computer. That person never looked up to acknowledge us. She made a phone call and a gentleman came back with our food (how did she know who to call?). The hotel on a whole was ok, but this incidence will deter me from going back there. No apologies were given

Overall the accommodation was great. Great breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool facilities. Staff were very professional. Will definitely visit again.

Great location. Nice hotel, friendly and accommodating staff, great breakfast, lovely pool and restaurants. However, rooms are dated and smells stuffy. Airco in room wasn't working well. Lighting in the room was insufficient. I had to request more lighting. I switched to a handicap room because the tub was very high in a regular room and extremely difficult for an elderly person with mobility challenges to get in and out of the tub. Unfortunately, the drain in the shower stall in the handicap room was blocked and caused water to overflow on the floor around the toilet and into the living area. We reported it and someone came to unclog it but it made no difference. I had to call twice to get housekeeping to mop the water on the bathroom floor and outside of the bathroom in the bedroom area. Not good at all for me who uses a cane to get around.

The Decapolis hotel is nestled in the historic Casco Viejo district, an area accessible to transportation, food, restaurants, and close to the downtown center. This hotel along with the sister hotel, Megapolis provides a hot breakfast. Pretty good for the money. The restaurant has great food options. I like ❤️ this hotel, the staff is friendly and professional. A great place for family vacations. The con is that it can use some modern updates. You get free internet, bed is comfy and it is best to arrange transportation using the company's recommendations. The charge is $35 up to three people from the airport. If you need the greatest taxi, and personal tour guide, that will take you around for the entire day for about $100.00 (4 people), use Willy Smith, he can be found on WhatsApp 50766431378.

Restaurant options were great. room was comfortable. Had an enjoyable stay!

Breakfast was excellent. Some extra privacy was missing in the room due to glass door and no separate fully closed bathroom.
