The staff was super helpful once I arrived and helped arrange tours for me. The wifi was good.
They did arrange airport transportation for me, but they were not there when I arrived. I had to call the hotel and they sent someone immediately, but I still had to wait for 20 minutes.
I had a room in the back half of the hotel so it was overall pretty quiet

Breakfast was good. Hotel personal was friendly. Location was good. WIFI was OK.
First day we had no hot water, second day no heater and the room was too cold because winter time. The light outside of the room was almost the whole night on and the curtains were too thin to cover the light.

Room and beds were nice. Warm water was very low warm, not easy for shower and shaving. No towel for bath room floor. Our room was on 4th floor with no elevator. Breakfast was good. Personal friendly.
