The staff was really helpful and friendly. Convenient location. Older hotel and I suspect there is sewage problems because there was a not so nice smell to the bathrooms.

The hotel was fine, no maid service, breakfast included, had an internet terminal. Staff was helpful for finding buses, tours, etc. Good location, close to train, super market, and walking distance to the main tourist area (bars/clubs). There was a problem with the water pressure and one day we did not have hot water because the pumps failed. This was a frequent occurrence.

Was definitly more like a hostal than hotel, miles away from 3 stars (internationally at least). The room was comfortable. Location not the best for tourists but a walking distance from the 'center'. Misrepresenting marketing and therefore didn't live up to our expectations.

Hotel mal conservado. Cheguei pela noite e informei que tinha uma reserva e as duas atendentes ficaram em silêncio. Depois de algum tempo perguntei: “E..?” Elas então disseram que não havia ninguém reservado e que não havia quarto disponível, sem acrescentar alguma alternativa. Perguntei o que poderia ser feito e elas nada. Então chegou outro atendente e esse sim consultou algo no computador e depois de algum momento liberou um quarto pra mim (não falaram que não havia disponibilidade de quarto? 🤔). O hotel é antigo e com aparência de mal conservado. Falaram que me levariam uma toalha de banho, coisa que só consegui na manhã seguinte descendo pessoalmente à recepção. A ducha estava gelada e depois de descer reclamando disseram que iam ligar o boiler (já não deveria estar ligado?🤔🤔). Mesmo tempos depois tomei um banho não mais gelado mas frio, em um frio de 7 graus. Meu conselho: gaste um pouquinho mais e vá pra outro lugar.

Mögel i rummet svårt att andas hela natten, fläckar på väggar och mattan, sängkläder lukta illa, rent ut sagt äckligt, fanns inte något att köpa, fanns inga gafflar, personalen verkade inte vilja ha gäster, undermåligt med tanke på vad det kostar, jag checkade ut efter en natt.

야간 버스 타고 푸노에 도착해서 택시타고 도착했는데 문 잠겨 있고 셔터 내려져 있어서 당황했어요. 다행히 일찍 체크인 해주긴 했는데 직원들 영어가 안 통하고 스페인어로 해야 되요. 뜨거운 물은 평소에는 보일러 안 켜놓는 것 같고, "Agua caliente, por favor"라고 요청하시면 보일러 켜줍니다.ㅎ

Les résidents de la chambre voisine sont arrivés tard la nuit. Bruyant , mal isolé. Les vitres des fenêtres qui donne sur la petite terrasse sont vraiment sales.

Ubicación muy conveniente, cerca de los principales puntos de la ciudad. Desayuno incluido rutinario y básico. No limpian el cuarto a menos que lo solicites. Al c/ in no nos explicaron que si no lo solicitabas no te limpiaban nada. Cuarto comodo para descansar lo suficiente. Tv antigua sin buena señal. Agua caliente solo cuando ellos quieren. Cuando indique que no salía agua caliente me dieron como respuesta que el chico que ve eso no estaba. Ese día toco bañarse con agua fría considerando el clima frío de puno. Personal amable en líneas generales, no supieron darme razón Cúando solicite algunas indicaciones e información turística pero por lo menos no te contestan mal!

L hôtel était très bien située mais aucun confort , la pluie entrait de partout, il a fallu s acheter du papier hygiénique car ils disaient ne pas en avoir,les serviettes semblaient avoir été utilisé sans lavages,,,
Aucune lumières le soir dans les corridors surtout au troisième étage.
