Lovely, helpful, cheerful staff. Went, literally, the extra mile to help. Personally took me shopping and banking. Spanish lessons. Swift shuttle to and from airport. Stay here when in town.

I was flying in after midnight so it was convenient that the hotel was near by. When I booked, they asked me if I need a ride and I requested one, but apparently they don’t offer rides. I was having hard time with a local SIM card, and two men who were working at the hotel then were so kind to help me to figure things out even though we didn’t have a common language. I really appreciate their kindness.

Not close to air port but sounds like you are on runway. No air conditioner. Need to be buzzed in and out, small rooms, noisy neighborhood, no coffee in room, staff was nice but could only say that it was exactly what was advertised. Last minute booking on our part so I guess you get what you ask and pay for.
