Amazing

The staff was so professional and kind. Everyone was so helpful. They really know how to make you feel special. Everything was clean and worked well. The room was very comfortable. It's a great location and I will come back.

A disappointing stay at the aqua hotel Boracay, as a so called 5 star hotel. Check in was good however they changed our room last minute from the junior suite to the premier room, which meant we missed out on the bath tub. At check in they asked if we wanted our room to be made up during our stay and what time . I said yes, 12 pm. However they did not make the room up during our stay. When I asked on our second to last day, they did eventually make up the room, you shouldn’t have to ask for this. As I walked into the room it did smell. I had read this in previous reviews, claiming it was the curtains. It’s not the curtains, it’s a mouldy heat pump/aircon unit in my opinion. They need to sort that out, Smells horrible The rooms have no irons, that’s poor. Do I have to call reception from my premium room to get one? That’s not 5 stars quality. The rooms also have no minibar or food. They have two small complementary waters and two tea bags, two coffee capsules. Questionable for a 5 star hotel, also after they take a 6000 peso deposit on check in. They have two sizeable pool areas. The bigger one closer to the entrance is falling apart and I almost slipped on a tile that came off completely as I stepped on it. I showed the staff. They just smiled and laughed a little. Be very careful with the areas of missing tiles, the edges are sharp and could cause injury, especially with children. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed from the lobby to the pool areas, everything felt luxurious and relaxing. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and very professional. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.

All the staff was extremely polite. The room we rented was very spacious and clean. The food was very good. We very much enjoyed our stay at Aqua Baracay and we will be back to Aqua next time.

Aqua is a modern very clean resort. The staff are super friendly, very polite and helpful. We were in suite with three bedrooms - annoyingly some of the downlights gave off a glow-in-the dark type light when turned off. For those who like a dark room sleep mask is essential. Pillows and mattresses were soft. Good variety in breakfast. Lots of options. Would just like the lids on the warmers closed to keep food warm. Closed some but saw later they had been re-opened. The two pool areas are lovely. Fantastic pools and cabana style loungers.

If you want a place where you can find peace and quiet in a relaxing atmosphere, Aqua in Balabag Beach is the place. It is serene and restful. The amenities are top notch. Food is excellent and the staff are wonderful. Will definitely come back again.

We had superb experience during our stay, the staff is very helpful and is one step ahead of our needs, they are all respectful and polite. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, they have free shuttle to D mall every hour! Rooms are clean and smells really good. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel right off the beach. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful and the free breakfast was phenomenal. Walking distance to the "d"mall. Recommend visiting Puka Beach and taking the cave tour which is only accessible by kayak.

This is our 2nd stay here. Since last year. We decided to book here because its a beautiful hotel, good breakfast buffet and nice and quiet beach side and most importantly its close to D mall. Highly recommend it. Great staff, great facilities , good breakfast selection. Will book again in the future. I consider this hotel HOME away from home in boracay.

They are very warm friendly. The room was very clean and spaces for the money. Not far from everything it's in walking distance to everything. The free breakfast has a lot to offer for different options to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel on Boracay Island for the money you spend.

A little far from where the action is but you get to enjoy a little secluded piece of paradise… The staff, cleanliness and ambience of the place is topnotch. One of the best places I have ever stayed. Will definitely stay here again.

Resort was beautiful and peaceful! The 2 bedroom suite I booked was clean, spacious, and with a great view. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay here again!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We had high expectations when we booked a 3-bedroom suite for 3 nights, spending over ₱100,000, but our experience was far from luxurious. From day one, our room had a persistent and offensive smell—like urine—coming from the AC unit. The air conditioning in the living room was also not working properly, and we had to call maintenance every single day. Unfortunately, the issues were never fully resolved and kept recurring. To make matters worse, we even found a cockroach in the living area, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be high-end. For the price we paid, we expected comfort, cleanliness, and a truly luxurious experience. Instead, we were left frustrated, uncomfortable, and extremely disappointed. This hotel seems more focused on collecting your money than delivering quality service or hospitality. I strongly suggest spending your hard-earned money elsewhere—this place does not live up to its name.

I recommend Aqua Boracay. As an Architect. Impression is of an upscale contemporary beach club. Minimalist detail from the double height entry lobby with metal fin sun/ wind/ rain louvres/ rare dimensional stone to permeable grass concrete paving. Hidden site drainage system complements flush pool/water nosing with recessed pool drainage. Frameless glass balcony guardrails max views, linear concealed cove lighting in guest suites.. Fixtures and Furniture matched. hotel site layout. central axial spine baroque on sequence; auto entry court to double height entry lobby, with marble arcade. Fronting full height glazed main dining room with expansive garden and pool views.Moderately low scaled guest suite buildings internal courtyatds flank palm framed central pools leading to the clubhouse lounge and bar overlooking a beach side pool and access to the spectacular palm framed white sand beach! This is a large hotel but the scale breaks down nicely between building courts to beach. Upkeep impeccable. Brunch setup well appointed grand dining room fronting entry arcade, gardens and palm lined pools. Site lighting design is sexy. My only critiques are not design or service but detail like choppy wifi, mosquitos beware as no screens on balcony sliding glass (full height glazing and views rule), at brunch the croutons for my ceaser salad -not crisp and chopped beef a bit well done. Overall great under cover location. expansive site and close to D Mall.

Fantastic hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the amenities top-notch, the food delicious, and the location couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel!! Quiet and away from the crowd!! Very private!!! Everyone is nice and always comes with a smile!!!

The transportation to and from the resort was exceptional. You are truly treated like a VIP, the entire staff was attentive as well as friendly. They where helpful with any ane every situation. I would recommend that if you are going to Boracay this is the place to stay.
