The room was too cramped for 4 people -- we could hardly walk around the room. The size of the room, by usual standards, was actually just good for 2, but they squeezed in another bed. There were no tables or anything to put our bags on. Also, there was only one staff. She did all the cleaning and cooking. Although friendly, she of course could not provide good service. The room was not cleaned daily; towels were not replaced. Breakfast was only for 2, although our room reservation was for 4. The pool was small -- the pictures posted in app were deceptive because the pool and the rooms appeared big enough. We were very dissatisfied with our stay and with agent. I would not recommend staying at Damara nor booking via agent.
