Ascott BGC is a true gem when it comes to serving its guests. Each team member greets you with a warm welcome. The location is ideal when for local restaurants and High Street is just up the street. Our servers, hostess, cooks, chefs, and baristas for the breakfast buffet were all amazing. JM and Kim remembered my love for mango - that personal touch is heartwarming. The buffet menu was tasty. The champarado and taho was reminiscent of past childhood visits. The sansrival pistachio cake is a must-try from the Ascott’s lobby bakery!! Our housekeeper, Winard, was great, and he said goodbye to us the night before we left. To the hotel nurse who took care of my husband’s toe - we won’t forget you! To the fitness staff (Edward) and to every staff member, thank you & Mabuhay!

I stayed here on my vacation in the Phillipines i like the most is the people the gym is very clean , pool is clean no smells the hot tub is clean not to crowded bec of its exclusivity for the resident and guest only , the staff in the dinning for breakfast are very professional clean and the food is amazing very worth it.
