Great location, a short walk to night market and Burnham Park. Set up is similar to an airbnb, so amenities are limited. Towels provided were clean but a bit old and worn, and you will need to bring or purchase your own toilet paper as only one is provided. Great value for your money, place is clean and sufficient for a family stay. It is not luxury stay but is clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for the location and price.

It was just terrible and not recommending it to anyone

I strongly do not recommend staying at this property.Our experience at Cedar Peak Condominium was disappointing from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.At check-in, there was no staff available to assist guests with their luggage. We were a group of seven people, including a young child, traveling with eight large suitcases, yet there was no one at the entrance to help us. Although there was a security guard on duty, he informed us that he was not permitted to assist because he was not employed by Cedar Peak Condominium. As first-time guests, we were left confused about where to go or whom to ask for help. It was only through the kindness of a bystander that we learned we needed to call extension 639 for assistance. Unfortunately, the staff member who answered the call was not particularly courteous or welcoming, which made an already frustrating arrival even more unpleasant.The problems did not end there. On our second night, the building completely lost its water supply without any prior notice or explanation. We were unable to use the toilets or take showers, and we had to purchase bottled water just so our young granddaughter could use the bathroom. A situation like this should have been communicated to guests in advance, or at the very least, the management should have provided updates and temporary solutions. Instead, we were left on our own.The condition of the bathrooms was also unacceptable. The hot water in our unit was unreliable, working on and off

Awesome place to stay. Really close to the center of the City. The only thing I would not agree with is the separate parking fee.

There was no mention about parking in the ad because there is no free parking. Parking was expensive. Secondly, there is no one in the front desk. After waiting for so long, the guard had to tell me that I should call an extension number for the front desk staff to come down and give me the key. The same is true for the check out process.

Easy check in. Property is clean, safe and secured ( guests are provided keys to enter the building and use the elevator to the unit). I was just hoping they provide at least 1 toilet roll/tissue for an overnight stay. The towels smell nice, but very thin and looks old. No hair dryer and iron provided, make sure to bring one if needed.

The room was as advertised. Clean, spacious, with a kitchen. The problem is the security guards (very unprofessional, and rude). Upon arrival we approached the security desk to inquire about the check in procedures. We were rudely demanded to present our booking. Unfortunately my phone was not working due to no internet, so I politely informed the security that I could provide my passport or identification card. He then proceeded to tell me unless I show him booking then I would not be receiving a room. I asked him to please call someone or use my name to verify the reservation, but he refused and then walked away and refused to help us. Another staff member witnessed this and politely came over and simply checked the computer and verified our name, and then proceeded to contact someone who then brought the keys for our room. I don’t know if this gentleman was just having a difficult day, because his behavior was definitely not warranted. I appreciated the other staff member who intervened, because the situation was just about to escalate. I had no other issues with this property and/or other staff members, but I’ll definitely not be returning to this location. I hope whomever is reading this will understand that professionalism and good customer service is still appreciated, and when it does fall short customers will be more than happy to go elsewhere in order to find good service. Thank you!

Location was excellent. In the heart of the City but very quiet in the apartment. The only thing let us down was that (5 adults) and they left us only 1 toilet roll, 1 sachet of shampoo and no bottle of water to welcome the guest.

Upon check in you have to wait for 15 minutes in the lobby because no one was there to assist you. Each room has it's own owner and therefore you have to wait for someone to help you. The worst part is the checkout. I wasn't advice that we need to wait upstairs for checkout to get my deposit because they have to check the rooms. The communication is so bad. The only thing that is nice is the location which is very accessible to everything. Would I book it again? I would think it twice!!!

The room we've stayed at was nice, air condition is working good, complete kitchen amenities and the staff were all nice and accomodating.

Never stay here , This is my third booking with them i ask for a little favor due to some uncertain changes and error but they refuse to help

AC was quiet and so was the room, great for sleeping. Although there wasn't a cloths washer as was listed as part of the room

Location is so great , space is great but i was just not comfortable with the door lock, it needs to be more secured

Easy check in and check out. The location is excellent and just walking distance to Session Rd and SM. The building where the condo is located has places to eat food. I feel that this building is well secured as it needs key pad to enter the building. The only i wish is that they provide slippers. But overall stay is great! I will definitely stay here again.

Location close to the market,cathedral,easy to navigate streets.

Perfect Location , heart of the City. Close to shopping malls, restaurant etc.

the towels are like.door rugs, no phone inside the room, i have to buy oilhr own shampoo,.conditioner and soap
