Pros: The hotel looks pretty new, and very good condition. The only best thing about the hotel is probably the location. And the staff are very nice too. We didn’t try the food since there are restaurants all around the area. Cons: The room is really small for its price, like really small. No closets or cabinet to store our stuff, and just not enough space to walk around the room. Expensive for a tiny room. Disappointed when I tried to upgrade expecting it was going to be bigger but nope, it’s just a same size room but different bed.

Have always loved Lanson. Stayed long term on their other properties around the world and stayed at the service apartments the last round in MoA. Always great balance between comfort, quality and value. This time round at the hotel, facilities was good but no where close to the apartments. Had a toilet with disability support but means I don't even have any space to place my toiletries. Otherwise all is good. One really bad experience this time was that they were so busy no one answered the house phone all the time. it will ring non stop to both operator and bell hop and reception and no one would pick up. I had to leave the bags in the room to go check out as I couldn't get help with luggages as a result. Might be due to manpower shortage, but really need to avoid this in the future.
