Prime Asia Hotel

My stay was fantastic the location was great 20 min walk to the mall. The staff was great and gave good directions when asked. I would stay here again.

Property is well maintained, no issues with the room or staff. The surrounding area is typical of Angeles City, busy and noisy. I would go back.

Air conditioner in bedroom did not work. Room not clean, old, water damage around air conditioners.

Its weird that they ask gor all the guest ID even though they are just my visitors. And then the bathrooms sink is clogged. Not happy.

Property is worn out and way dated. Staff was extra friendly. DO MOT STAY ON THE 6th FLOOR, thats where the pool is and karaoke runs until 11pm.

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Unfortunately road traffic is very loud at night and people slamming there doors to the rooms on exit and shouting in the hall ways.

The rooms are old and need upgrading. One of the mattresses is thin from being used too long, too often. The built-in furniture are ragged and worn - clean, thankfully, but very much need replacing. The staff are generally helpful and responsive. It was great having a 24hr restaurant and a 24hr coffee shop with relatively good food and choices. Easy access to trikes and worse come to worst, you can walk to SM Clark when traffic is bad. We liked the rooftop restaurant and pool plus the massage spa. It was a convenient meeting place for friends- only thing that marred the experience was the arrozcaldo which was undercooked which pretty much had nothing but a few slices of chicken which went missing after I had them recook it. I understand the concept of offering base rates but it is not fun having to pay for glasses, pillows (only gives one pillow per person), and cutleries. I think Prime Asia should at least make these part of their base rate inclusions.

This is an interesting property. Part of it appears to be still in the 1970s and then again parts of it appear to be pretty up to date. Let me explain. The building and much of the things that you will see are old, dated, and in need of updating. For instance when I walked into my room the first time the room appeared to be untouched from 1975. Then when I walked into the bedroom it was pretty dated also and needed a lot of love. But then when you walked into the bathroom it was amazing, the lighting was terrible but the overall bathroom itself was wonderful ,huge shower, beautiful tile on the floors and walls, a Jacuzzi that I didn't try out but it was large and look like well kept. The area that had the sink and a mirror above it was so under lit that you couldn't hardly brush your teeth and look in the mirror and see how you were doing it was so dimly lit. And I double checked all the lights were on and at full intensity. There was a safe in the room and it worked tucked away in the closet in the bathroom. And the small closet that was in the bathroom was the only place to store clothes and I think you might have had a hard time if your wife had a lot of clothes. The TV in the bedroom and in the living room area of this suite we're both way outdated and the Wi-Fi was not all that great. They even had a DVD player available I'm not even sure if it was hooked up. Lighting in the bedroom and in the living room was subdued lighting. There's more to tell about Prime Asia Hotel

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean and the food at the restaurants was delicious. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Nice staffs and the feeling of peace and relaxing moment when you sits in their swimming pool rooftop area.

Shower drainage wasn’t great, made it difficult not to track water everywhere, and the AC turns off when you leave and takes forever to cool, but other than that it was great. Staff was great and “Johnny-on-the-spot” with help when needed, bed was comfortable, and water pressure was great.

I enjoyed staying here, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, rooms were always clean. The restaurants and bar served great food. The WiFi in room was down for a couple of days so to rainstorm but that was fine. I’d definitely stay here again.

Limited parking , hotel rooms very nice

Nice place and very big rooms. Location not so bad, all in a walking distance. Food and drinks are bit of expensive side. One thing irritate me was they charging 50P for empty glass for room.

Hats off to all the staff, night shift & day shift. We got upgraded to a suite but the room was empty. 1. Only flat sheet no blanket 2. No coffee maker though there's coffee shop in the lobby 24 hours. 3. The fridge not working
