Red Coconut Beach Hotel

I managed to have a quick get away to Boracay. From the moment i arrived the staff was on point. Although the property seems a little dated, it was clean and AC was working nicely. I have a stong sensitivity to scents and my room was initially located near the house keeping area and I was immediately given a room change when it became available. Access to the beach was so nice, just steps away. Lots of activities in the area. The nightly fire dance show was fun and entertaining. I will say the showstopper was the impeccable staff. Gold stars to Reymond, Judie, Kevin and RJ but it doesn't stop there, the staff at the restaurant was amazing as well. I can be a picky customer. You are much appreciated. The patience, professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of these employees made my stay.

Staff was well to move us to a another due to loud music next door. Clean room and great entertainment at the hotel. Side away from the restaurants, shops and beach.

While the hotel was terrific during the day, it was exceptionally loud during the nights due to bars and clubs next door. The noise would continue until 2:00 am every evening. I strongly suggest bringing earplugs if you have any interest in getting any sleep.

Red Coconut Beach Hotel is a great choice if you want to stay right in the heart of Boracay. The location is excellent directly on White Beach, Station 2 close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay, which really made a positive difference. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beachfront atmosphere was lively and fun. Breakfast and the restaurant area were enjoyable, especially with the beach view and evening entertainment. The only downside is that it can get quite noisy at night due to the central location and live music, so it may not be ideal for light sleepers or those looking for a very quiet stay. Some facilities are also more mid range than luxury. Overall, a very good hotel with an unbeatable location and great service. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to the action and enjoy a vibrant beach experience.

The first room we were given, there were mosquitoes and the circuit breakers tripped 2 nights in a row. The rooms were clean. Staff sprayed mosquito spray the first time we complained and on the 2nd time we complained, they moved us to a lot better room with a view. Then our stay got better. Breakfast buffet was okay but not great. All in all, staff were all nice and happy to help except for one guy who would most of the time be stationed in the omelet area who have a little attitude. Location right in front of the beach where the action is.

Staff during check in and check out were amazing. Rooms were clean. Beach and pool side view. Ability to watch fireshow on balcony. Only set back is the late night loud music coming from the club next door going until 2-3am. Other than that, I would recommend and stay here again. Thank you Red Coconut for your hospitality.
