It was amazing hotel with lovely amenities. The service was amazing.

The hotel was conveniently located, the staff was pleasant and professional

Outstanding rating for Hotel and staff. If 10 is the limit, they’ve exceeded it. The only downside is the parking. I never let anyone valet my car. It took me 1 hour to find a parking space. Other than that, stay was perfect. FInestra, pool, Kids Club, Fresh Buffet, everything was beyond the rating scale

The staff at the front desk are excellent especially Faye and John. The process of checking in definitely fast and convenient.

Awesome hotel

The welcome supposedly meal was 2 pcs. Of sliced tomatoes, looks like cold oats, very hard bread. In other words my dog won’t even eat them. The bathroom floor is very slippery especially the shower area. No safety bars to help your steps. The room phone was not working. I checked in almost 12midnight of 7/11 and I was promised a longer check out but only extended for 2 hrs Overall the experience was terrible.

High end amenities with affordable rate.

Location is great! Very clean and amazing staff! The food court has opportunities! Ran out of food many nights and the bake goods are poor quality, very tasteless and dry! Coffee quality needs to be improved! Maybe add a Starbucks and Mary grace !

Amazing stay! Food court food though can be improved. Icecream was bland. Kare Kare was so sweet.

This resort is very nice but i have a point of contention that really rubbed me the wrong way due to how i found it out. I had to cut short a trip to coron due to weather and fly back to manila, this place was suggested to me and was initially pretty pleased but jarringly discovered that you are unable to access a significant portion of the restaurants/bars unless youre in churcu clothing or business casual type clothing. Now i understand that resorts do this some places but it seems to me like a casual blended family resort and casino, kind of like what youd find in vegas. No where on its front page, nor expedia which is where i booked, nor at the counter, etc., was it posted or i told this. Keep in mind you cant bring in outside food or drink and have to depend on the resorts offerings. Needless to say upon jarringly finding this out after beinf denied entry to a resort bar i had to cancel the rest of my days there because i came from a casual beach setting. I told the staff they might wanna make that a bit more apparenr upon checkin or on expedia etc.

Great new hotel and love the split between Casino and Restaurants. Roof top bar has live music and superb views across Manila.
