Sta. Maria Homes at One Oasis Cebu Condo

We booked for 6 adults and we got there there was only 1 double bed and 1 single bed plus a futton. In the description it says 1 twin bed but it wasn’t twin it was jus a single bed. We struggle where to put the rest of us.

The things I liked about the property were the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property. The grounds were well kept, including the amenities like the pool area. And, of course, the pool area was the unique part of the property for which the family enjoyed the most. However, there were numbers of features which I did not like. First and foremost, the room itself was below par, with most interior doors not being able to lock, including both bedroom doors. One room had a missing door piece that made it impossible to close and lock the door; and, the other bedroom room closed and appeared to be locked, but it was not. Secondly, the bedroom, with the TV and futon, did not have a properly working air conditioning unit and the bedding supplies for the futon. Thirdly, as an amenity, the WiFi was useless and inoperable. We were unable to use it at all. I had to spend more time and money to buy loads for the family to access the internet. Fourthly, there was not available hot water for showering. Taking cold showers are not the preferred method to maintain personal hygiene for much of the family members. If I had to rate the condition of the room itself, I would have to settle for 2.5 stars out of 5 stars. Fifthly, and, in regards to the reservation process, I did not like getting the details about the check-in and check-out processes literally at the last minute. I tried contacting the property by telephone 72 hours before arrival.

The room service was mentioned but not mentioned that it’s payable also the pool was featured but not mentioned that was payable also.

We really enjoyed staying here. The gym is also nice.

Love the pool but unfutunately you have to pay 200.00 pesos per person..its not free for people that are staying thete 😢😢😢

swimming pool and entertainment area fabulous- room and bed good

The place is safe. There's security on each building.Taxis or grab are readily available. WIFI connection is good. I didn't really get to cook 'cause the stove isn't working & don't have enough cookware etc. I didn't mind too much 'cause I'm always out or away to other island or places.The traffic is just crazy sometimes as anywhere else in big cities in the Philippines but nothing can compare to Manila.

The place is a 2bedrooms/1bathroom condo in the ground floor, free parking and free internet were a plus, the unit have cable tv and kitchen stuffs if you like to cook just bring food, there's microwave, electric kettle, electric stove and fridge. The owner have snacks and water available for purchase. There's a community pool but you have to pay. Hot water shower the only cons is that the showerhead has crack, toilet lid is detached or broken and ac in the queen size bedroom makes loud noise... my solution was, I turned it off, open the other bedroom door and used electric fan to cool us down. Over all is was a pleasant stay.

The place is peaceful and great for relaxation. The room was very clean and accommodating and affordable too. We only had a few problems with the parking for guests (amount of slots), and the road going to the condo is very narrow.

When we arrived there the property was cleaned until we asked security if he could get cleaners we said we would have a golf course view which we didn’t get in fact it was wrong direction and bottom floor also there was no mention when we booked that we had to pay 200 peso each person to use the pool all round the condo was a big let down

Make sure to check you inbox before you arrive as it has check-in instructions. It is an actual living estate and there is no one to check you in, basically all based on the honor system. The walls are thin the curtains are too. I woke at 6am with a bright room and covered my face with a t-shirt. Electricity went down twice too. The aircon was noisy. A very old one and it actually leaked on the floor. You have to pay for the pool, there are no facilities and it's not within walking distance of anything. You can find a better place to stay in my opinion for the price you pay. It does have a kitchenette but honestly, unless you're cooking, just stick with a hotel.

The place was big enough to accommodate the 5 of us. They were also very responsive. However, the aircon in the other room wasn’t that cold enough anymore. There was no fan or ac provided in the living room. We weren’t able to use the swimming pool in the condo bc we had to pay 200 pa

The room should under go general cleaning before the guest arrive because some areas are dusty and presence of cockroach in the comfort room.

It was a decent room, with the amount that we paid for, It's worth it.

Pro: 2 bedroom with one room has a pull out bed convenient when travelling with kids, Has kitchen utensils, allowed to cook. Near restaurants but you need to arrange for a taxi or have your own vehicle for convenience.Con: No vent in the bathroom, something is wrong in the bathroom it emits a foul odor, makes you gag, I basically purchased air freshener but it doesn't even mask the smell. The condo needs new paint, the wall has a hole that they cover it with tape, you can see stain on the wall, cockroaches,bugs are crawling everywhere it is disgusting, one of the air conditioning unit is not functioning well. You cranked it all up but it is still warm. No parking space - you have to pay for parking. There is a pool but you have to pay separate.

We came to Cebu to attend a wedding and of course for a week long vacation. It took so long to get the code to access the room. There is a heater for shower but it is NOT working. We needed an iron but there's no iron. We still need to request it. It looks like a 10 year old iron. As for the ironing board, it is filthy and full of holes. Wifi, it is either slow or no connection. I used my phone's internet connection just to access my emails. CHECK OUT-VERY DISAPPOINTED. Check out time was supposedly 1-2pm. We went out for lunch and came back at around 1pm and ALL OUR BELONGINGS WHERE GONE! We went to the guard and ask where our belonging. I also messaged the condo. owner, they said it is inside the car. We do not have a car and the guards were also not aware of the car. Owner did not even gave us a plate number of the mentioned car. Thankfully ONE OASIS PEOPLE were there to help us. Our belongings was at the security guard. By the way, everything(passport, couple of shirt, wife's make up bursh, toilet utensils, charger and even USED TISSUE were all stuffed into my back pack. So disappointed, at least Sta.Maria should inform us via. text or phone or even tell the guards regarding what they did to our belongings. All they said was they need to prepare the room for the next guest. Not even an apology from the owner of the condo. For those who are considering to stay here, STA.MARIA at one oasis,go to a hotel, there are hotel rooms for a slightly higher price(few hundred PESO)
