I normally don’t write reviews but I was moved to write this. I want to start off saying the staff is very nice and always smiling. The service I didn’t feel was up to the level it should be. The room was very dark lighting was covering half the room. The phone didn’t work so anytime I needed to communicate with staff I had to take the elevator and walk to the front desk. I booked it for the family to attended a concert. They love the hotel, the rooms had everything need for long stay. It had a full kitchen with frig. wife said the bathroom was big clean and modern. The rest of the room was very clean with nice comfy beds.

This is a very clean and well maintained hotel in close proximity to the airport. The street outside is a bit noisy with motorcycles and trikes at all hours of the night but you are likely only staying here as he is close to the airport anyway. The staff are very professional and courteous. The hotel provides a very decent breakfast and a shuttle service to the airport.

It was an average hotel. The room phone did not work. Unable to use my Netflix as the web browser on the TV is not updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a conference the days we stayed so dining was restricted to room service only. We did not use the room service except to get ice and ate elsewhere.
