Room is spacious and clean. However need to fix some parts like doors and locks. Toiletries are ready. There is phone but not functioning. Water on CR is not clear. But good to have service water outside. I expected to have 2 free breakfast in a room since it is for 2 person but it is only 1 free breakfast per room which is not included on prior notice but breakfast is good.

The place is good and near the Lingayen beach and other places. One negative feedback that I can share is, the staff is not accommodating and assisting customers.

The rooms were comfortable to stay at although there are things to improve in it like the aircon etc. The staff were helpful and polite. Plus, the venue of the hotel is very near to our competition venue and eateries. It is a very convenient place to stay at.

Great from staff to food. Was still able to book day before the Lingayen Beach festival. The only negative comment that I will give is there is low water pressure in the CR

The water on the shower and faucet were a brownish color. Also, the aircon for the other room we accomodated was not cold.

The room is untidy and lacks even an outlet near the bed for phone charging. Bathroom is smelly. I guess the hotel needs renovation and additional crew to do the job

The facilities not good at all,then there are some facilities that are not available but included in the list before I booked like ref.etc. Try to check the socket some of them are not functioning. Thank you and god bless
