Great value for money. Good transportation connections into town. Tram stop is a 2min walk away. Also plenty of eat outs places within short distance (and very affordable). Particularly enjoyed the eat out in infront of the tram stop serving local cuisine. Broad range of delicious food where the menu was also changed daily which was great!! A&O is popular with school kids travelling on school trips (so bear in mind when waiting on the lifts in the mornings which can take longer). Daily room housekeeping was basic. A more thorough housekeeping (changing of towels, changing beddings etc) has to be booked in advance and is at an additional levy. Facilities otherwise were always kept very clean. Staff at the reception were great, very jolly and conversant in different languages which is a big plus

Pretty much a very giod and clean hotel. But, could be worst and the overbooked. I got lucky, but was customer who had reservation cancelled hours before.
I would love a minibar in my room.
The room was great, bed confortable and a very big bathroom
