Very nice location and convenient to shopping. Nice apartment with all you need for an extended stay.

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był dotychczas moim najgorszym! Bardzo się zawiodłam, kiedy okazało się że oprócz opłaty za pobyt na jedną noc muszę zapłacić za usługę sprzątania 120 zł! O czym dowiedziałam się dopiero gdy dokonałam rezerwacji przez internet (bez możliwości zwrotu w przypadku anulowania). Zadzwonił do mnie Pan i powiedział, że obowiązuje dodatkowa opłata za sprzątanie pytając kiedy zamierzam tej opłaty dokonać... Jak zapytałam czy mogę dokonać tego podczas wymeldowania otrzymałam odmowę. Musiałam zrobić to zanim się zameldowałam. W ofercie wyraźnie było napisane, że koszt wynosi 199 zł za dobę i zawiera wszystkie opłaty oraz podatki. Kolejnym moim przykrym incydentem był brak kontaktu telefonicznego z obsługą gdy dotarłam. Nie dostałam informacji do którego apartamentu mam się wybrać. Dopiero po 15 minutach dzwonienia po innych biurach ktoś się zainteresował. Uważam, że instrukcje dotyczące takich informacji jak: budynek, nr apartamentu, sposób odebrania kluczy powinno otrzymywać się mailowo znacznie wcześniej a nie stojąc na strzeżonym osiedlu w którym nie ma oznaczenia gdzie znajduje się ochrona do której mam się zwrócić po klucze! Dramat. Jeśli chodzi o standard samego apartamentu OGROMNYM minusem jest brak wody mineralnej! Dodatkowo w łazience mojego apartamentu część lustrzanego światła nie działała przez co oświetlenie całościowe było bardzo słabe. W załączniku załączam zdjęcie z informacją o kosztach aby inni klienci nie poczuli się oszukani tak jak ja.

We stayed the week of 27 of october to the 3 of november this year.We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by a very nice boy huw greeted us with a big smile and showed us the apartment and took us thru some papers that needed signing and wished us a pleasant stay.There where three of us staying there that week so two where in the bedroom and one on the pull out couch in the livingroom.We had a long day and were very glad to be able to get to bed.Me and my young nice slept in the bedroom and my sister on the couch in the livingroom.During the night we came to realize that the heating in the apartment was not working and we were freezing and woke up a couple of times do to the discomfort of no heat.Then came morning my sister had hardly slept at all because the pull out couch in the livingroom was so hard that it was like sleeping on the floor.She then got op and wanted to take a shower both to try to warm up her body from the cold and get some comfort to her joints from the hard bed only to realize that when she had put in her shampoo the water went ice cold and did not have any hot water.So she had to rinse out her hair with cold water.We had also booked an appartment with a balcony and it said it had one in your language but did not .I wil not be staying in this complex again.

Hotel com dal nam cene 735 zl za 2 noce ( 2 doroslych, 2 dzieci). Apartamen doliczyl sobie 100 zl za sprzatanie! Gdzie nie bylo o tym nigdzie wspomniane. Brudno bylo, widac ze nie odkurzane . Brak balkonu , choc w opisie jest. Okolica same centrum, tramwaje, autobusy, sklepy. Dobra lokalizacja, nowe budynki z ochrona.
