This budget option was perfect for our needs. This was a very simple and dated room but extremely clean and kind staff. The price couldn’t be beat. Would absolutely use again for a budget place to sleep. The only place in Poland we stayed with easy parking.

Really nice hotel for a night before flying out of KRK. Tucked in residential area berween downtown and airport. Quiet with plenty of free parking. Very friendly staff at check in. Reception closed overnight but easy to get in and out after hours (however make sure to check in before they close). No elevator. Comfy, cozy, just what we needed before long day of international travel. Thank you!

Our room smelled gross, the bathroom had a gut-wrenching stench, no air conditioning, couldn’t open the windows, internet is a crap, the beds were as hard as rocksss!!!

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we thought it was near Krakow Airport for our flight home. It was not that near, about 7km from the airport. The hotel as the name suggests, is a budget hotel and as budget hotel goes it was ok, room a little small but with small washroom, shower, toilet and washbasin. Cups, spoons in room but kettles for occupants use just off the reception area. OK for what we wanted; i.e. a bed for the night but I won't recommend for a longer stay. Can't comment on the surrounding area as we didn't venture out, although it didn't appear there was much near by.

After checking in clerk said pool was open until 940. My daughter went to use pool a little after 9 and pool was already closed. TV did not work and room was very warm and no temp controls at all in room.

Guests beware.
The hotel claimed to have various food options available for guests, however on arrival they had nothing except breakfast, not even a coffee. Despite being dishonest on the listing the hotel refused a refund when I left immediately due to the lack of facilities.
Not only that, but the room didn't have a bed, just a sofa with sheets and a cushion (no pillow).
Hotels.com has since amended the listing but have been useless in getting a refund, saying that it's up to the hotel.
Avoid at all costs.

It was ok. Breakfast fine. Room looked very old. Sharp edges on shower head. But what was awful was the triple pricing of the room when a few Ukrainan refugees came to room. Some help, these are taking the opportunity to earn money on the war. So, that's what they asked extra at checkout. That is kind of enough reason for me to never visit this hotel again.

Staff could not of been better, beds were rock solid and ants in the room, 10 min drive to the airport and 1 hour to auschwitz but nothing special about the local areas, the pool looked good but did not have time to visit. Overall experience 5/10

Not even 1*. Not maintained. Bare electrical wires on sockets and lights. No kettle and vending machine broken. We were informed that client base is students and school parties therefore repairs are not carried out. Miles out of town. No mattress on beds just an upholstered pad much like a train seat. Bedding old dirty and ill fitting. Venue is nothing like the photos. It is dirty and run down. Do not stay here even if it is cheap. THIS HOTEL IS UNSAFE.

Nice hotel. Very basic but that’s all we needed. Had to pay extra for swimming and then extra again if you wanted to go into the jacuzzi which was disappointing and ice skating was extra also. Another thing what was a bit of a pain was trying to get back into the hotel after 10 pm when the receptionist had gone home. The card scanner wasn’t working well at all but worked eventually.

The hotel is far from public transportation, hidden in an alley at the end of a maze of narrow death-end streets.
The place is dirty and smells terrible. I would never recommend it or go back to it.

We were in search for a location close to the Krakow airport but far enough away not to hear the planes all day and night and Daisy met those expectation. The location was a tucked in a up and coming neighborhood about a 10-15min drive from the airport with good Italian restaurants within walking distance. Only thing is that the WiFi was not accessible- very spotty. Our family was only able to get on after 10pm. The beds run on the hard side but rooms were clean. As a large party of nine we were able to fit into three rooms and that was helpful. Front desk also assisted us in arranging taxi service to the airport.
