Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Spa treatment was lovely. Just noisy at night as it is right on the tram line which goes until late and night and starts early in the morning.

Blood on bed sheets mold in multiple rooms. Party held in hotel so loud shouting all night.

The staff were great but the room was not sufficiently clean and there was a poor smell which likely came from the bathroom sewage. The bathtub was also quite dirty. Overall the location was great and I would probably stay again but would appreciate a cleaner room

Fun stay at the NH Poznan city centre hotel. Room 202 was spacious and comfortable and I'd stay again for sure. The service and general ambiance of the hotel was friendly & relaxing. Note to hotel however the toilet in my room continued to flush for a considerable amount of time once flushed so somethings not quite right with the mechanism and there was a faint smell emanating from the bathroom that reminded me of something like garlic - do the drains need looking at?

Bardzo lubię hotel NH za śniadania i tym razem się również nie zawiodłem. Duży plus za sezonowe owoce - były borówki, czerwone porzeczki i truskawki a nie tylko standardowe jablka i banany jak to bywa w innych hotelach. W pokojach zlokalizowanych przy klatce schodowej niestety jest głośno ze względu na to że hałas się roznosi z wszystkich pięter z dodatkowym echem. W łazience pozostałości włosów na podlodze. Poza tym czysto. Kapcie w pokoju na dodatkowe życzenie.

The streets around the hotel is completely under renovation and there’s so much dust. After you come back from outside your clothes and shoes are dirty and you need to be careful stepping into the room.

First room, fridge didn't work. Was given another room, heating didn't work. Third room, everything worked but noisy, could hear next door neighbour talking. Could also hear people walking upstairs. Not recommended for light sleepers.

Nice and clean hotel in good location. The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast was varied. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. It is very clean. Restaurant and bar offer a variety of meals and drinks. The neighbourhood area is currently under construction and is messy.

The stay was fine, however the first room I received was small and like a box room. The reception were very helpful to change the room which included a larger bathroom. The rooms are a little tired, the bath plug area was dirty and stained (516) but the rest of the stay was very good. Nice buffet breakfast even with the Covid restrictions.

There was a small trade off with the hotel being on a street at the intersection of tram lines which did provide some noise interference, but otherwise everything else about the hotel and the service provided was excellent. From initial help with parking, they are very good about leaving the car in one of their four dedicated places outside whilst you sort yourself out, then their 24 hour protected car park is only 400m away at a very good rate (40zl). Also, my wife had a minor medical emergency and the receptionist was most helpful with complimentary bandages, etc. The breakfast was a bit limited due to the current restrictions, I would like to have had a bit more hot choice but otherwise perfectly acceptable. Only the sauna was working, with limited access and no plunge pool, due to the restrictions, but this was fine as well. The 10 minute walk to / from the old town is a good distance as it allows exercise before / after one's meal, say. There are many places to eat there, and don't try driving as parking spaces are at a premium everywhere in the town centre, and you would spend longer looking for one rather than just walking. Finally, a Sunday checkout of 3:00pm (instead of noon on our booking) was also a nice surprise as we were able to explore and then pack rather than the other way round - far more relaxing.
