Very good hotel, extremely spacious room with a large balcony. We loved our experience.
Our flight arrived late in Krakow and all I had to do was send a message and the hotel staff left my key in a safe place for me to pick up.
Very friendly staff and a fresh breakfast with a good range of options, not a huge breakfast but perfect for us.

Very nice and quiet location close to the main town stroll.
Breakfast buffet with variety of cold cuts, cheeses and good espresso.
Rooms clean and good size. The only drawback
were mattresses with hard and sticking out springs.

The parking situation on the property is a disaster. We had to park across the street. Rooms are small, beds are super uncomfortable with spring matresses (bedding was very clean), wifi is terrible. We opened windows only to smell cigarette smoke coming from someone smoking right in front of the building. The breakfast, though plentiful, made us cringe in fear of getting COVID. No one was wearing masks or gloves. The place is OK for a student backpacking, but not for a professional, mature traveler. Pictures were misleading. There are two active constructions on both side of the property.

I stayed for five days. The first three days the trash wasn't removed and towels wasn't changed. After my appellation on the desk, the stuff answer it was "because of covid restriction".
Room was small with very narrow beds. On the second floor, no elevator. Fitness room was locked all the time.
Lobby was renovated with marble exterior and fish tank, but luggage room is located in basement (one floor down by steps!) so we decided living our bags at the reception desk. After conversation the lady allowed us to live the luggage near her.
Parking was free, but small and pack with cars. I kept my car out of hotel.
I visited this place first and last time. Never more.

Staff was really nice and overall the place was clean; except for the tea cattle - if you enjoy tea :). On the downside, the breakfast buffet tends to run out quickly so better go there earlier, or risk to not have anything left (we went downstairs at around 9:20 and there was nothing left; breakfast is from 7am - 10 am).
The bed was also quite soft, but i guess that's more of a personal preference thing.
