Perfect for four people. New and clean and quiet building

To begin with, the staff has nothing to do with the poor service the hotel offers. It is probably not their mistake The room given to me was in the upstair floor. There are not lifts (elevators) in this property so if you come with luggages of 23 kilos. You will gain a backache by lifting those bags to the upstairs floors. Secondly, the reception is located a block away. I felt so unsafe when i open the door of the reception and the staff person legit rolled over the metal door ( like when you open a store). I was what the hell! Is this a safe area? If you have kids DONOT book this hotel. For the ladies if you high maintenance DONT EVEN think about it. For the oldest DONOT TRY to book this hotel. There are many flows and it spooky. Also my room’s lights were not working. Now, one good thing is the bathroom. And honestly. Like i said the staff has nothing to do with the poor condition of this place. They are warmed and very well educated. But please do yourself a favor DONT BOOK this place unless is your last option.

Convenient location, friendly staff, perfect for stay before flight. Whould be nice to have fridge in the room.

Smelly toilet. Noise of traffic from the street, bad air.

Stayed here for a night after arriving in Warsaw by air and before carrying on by rail. Was clean, safe and comfortable. Would recommend.

I like everything about this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and nice. They were there when we needed them. A good, comfortable room for three with a small balcony.

I don't recommend this place! Think twice before booking with them! They just want your money and don't care about service! They say once you ordered it's NOT refundable, so you have no choice! Again think twice before booking with them!!!

It was very noisy with babies crying the hallway twice for long periods of time after midnight. There was no sound-proofing. It smelled of cigarette smoke. There was a plastic bag covering the ceiling smoke detector. The shower barely worked. The receptionist was nice and helpful but it's a long block away from the rooms. There was no phone in the room and so we couldn't warn them about the smoke alarm. I would never stay there if I knew.

Perfect stay

Good for overnight stay before early morning flight. Clean. Check-out is quick- just to leave the key outside the door- it was very comfortable.

More of a very good hostel than a hotel. The lady at the reception was increadibly pleasant and helpful. Kitchen facilities in the basement notwithstanding I would have preferred to have had a kettle in the room (which was very clean and functional) but as we were after an inexpensive room for one night close to the airport we got exactly what we wanted. Since our room was at the back we enjoyed an undisturbed sleep and should an occasion arise would stay there again. A good restaurant very close to the hotel was an added bonus - dishes were tasty and plentiful and the Portuguese wine was truly exceptional. Getting to the airport was not too difficult (we do not use taxis) - since we travel with hand luggage only a short walk to a bus stop (154 or 317 bus) was required to get to the Zwirki i Wigury junction with a choice of either walking for another 10 minutes or catching a bus (175 or 188) to the airport. We walked.

Well... I keep extending my stay from original 4 days to 12 days. I guess this statement speaks for itself.

Chose this to be close to company HQ by the airport. Initially didn’t look inviting but I couldn’t be more deceived. Looks like residential property. Keys aren’t obtained from another building as the whole hotel is split into three complexes. 2 minute walk later I collected my keys with access code. Very helpful staff. Check in took couple of minutes. Premises have plenty of parking, common areas are very clean, shared kitchen is fully functional, room was small but sufficient with very nice en suite shower. Cleaning is on request and so is the iron and the ironing board. Restaurants and supermarkets are in immediate vicinity. Very quiet hotel considering it’s right by the airport! Couldn’t hear a single plane.

The place is so close to the tram station and the staff are very friendly and helpfull.
