I came to this resort with the family and it was a great stay and it has five pools , 3 mins walk from the beach. Relaxing vibes and great for a family. Not a lot of night life taking place in the area. I will definitely be back.

The hotel and our room were amazing. The pools were clean and beautiful (although cold). Our only dissatisfaction was we found the staff to be not very friendly or happy. At check in the man checking us in was arguing with another staff member which delayed us. And we had to wait about 20 minutes for a drink at the pool bar when there weren't that many guests even there. The bartender also was arguing with a staff member. I would still stay at this hotel again but hope the service would be better next time.

Reception staff were excellent. The apartment was comfortable but could use some updating . The kitchen had what we needed. The pools were lovely and walking distance to beach was nice. We were disappointed by service ( or lack thereof) at the adult pool bar . I would recommend this property as it is pleasant with the understanding it is not perfect.

This property offers a great location with multiple pools for relaxation and swimming. However, it lacks some amenities that other hotels provide, such as moisturizer, conditioner, and basic toiletries. Despite this, the property is very accessible to the beach. I booked a spacious studio room that felt like a one-bedroom space. The mini-fridge wasn’t very cooling to store my medication or food. Unfortunately, I couldn’t order room service because my phone wasn’t working. On the positive side, the rooms were very comfortable, and the patio overlooking the pool was beautiful. The food and drinks at the bar and restaurant were good.

The resort from the outside is beautiful, but it’s the details that count. To start, the lobby is quite busy, but there is only one or two people staffed at any given time so even if you have a simple question, you will wait. The suite is beautiful when you first walk in. However, there were many inconveniences. There are no hooks in bathroom to hang towels or robes. The shower glass door is 1/3 size so it water covers the floor when you are done showering. Then your towels are soaked because they are on the floor because no hooks or place to hang towels. It also takes 10 minutes for the water to get warm. You have to bend low to adjust where water sprays from which is under a bar, so prepare to smack your head a few times. Once done, also prepare for the humidity to last about an hour. You can open front door to lessen the time to 45 minutes. There are very few outlets so don’t have more than one phone to charge. The air conditioner was very unreliable and shut off in the middle of the night every day. You have one bottle of water and if you ask for more water, you will be told to go to the bar to purchase it. If the single bartender is busy, you will wait until he finishes making drinks until you can buy your water to bring upstairs. The bed is very uncomfortable and you have tiny pillows. They are also very uptight about the towels. I am giving 3 stars because overall the staff is kind and because of the beach access. The beach area was fantastic!

Loved everything about this property. Views and property were beautiful, rooms were spacious, modern, and quiet, easily walkable to a great beach (Praia do Porto de Mos), multiple pool options, and 10 min walk to access the boardwalk that runs to the lighthouse and then the string of beautiful beaches close by (Praia de Camilo, Praia da Ana etc). Very close drive to Old Town which was very charming and had tons of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Really well situated for Lagos Bay beach, and access into old town. Breakfast was overpriced €25, with a concession only offered for children under 10yrs. Perhaps offer a family breakfast option. Overall excellent Villa type accommodation within a well maintained complex setting.

Amazing place to stay when you are in Lagos. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants just across the street. Having multiple pools meant there was always a place to enjoy. Good property, but be aware that expectations of a "Resort" should be tempered. It's a close walk to the beach. While there are alot of positives, they openly note that they don't provide typical services or amenities of a full service resort, or hote. Small things like charging for in-room coffee beyond the 2 capsules provided at check in, public areas not cleaned of obvious debris over three days of our stay, no TV in bedroom, no explanation of the property layout or facilitiles,use of a physical key for the safe are all examples of items not be expected. Most are not significant, but do distract from what otherwise would be a fantastic property. There are some great features such as ability to use the property facilities day of checkout, an in-room laundry machine (with no way to decipher how to operate it or instructions), a water therapy area included (but without any ventalation so stiffling in summer with the humidity and heat)... Aside from some minor investments, many of the items could be easily corrected by staff training, improved communication with the guest and engagement, and overall if you are aware of these elements and expect them, it's great property overall.. just not the level of service, attention to detail, or best approach in many cases for a full service resort and very much the management's view (confirmed through staff comments) that they are running an apartement rental property vs a full service hotel is reflecflected in their approach.

Nice property. 4 min walk to the beach and runs were clean and sizeable. Some strange nuances. 2 Keurig coffee pods provided on day 1 only (additional ones needed to be purchased). Needed to ask for toilet paper to be refilled (not done daily). No tissue. No change in towels over 3 days. Needed to ask for a key to the lockbox in room. Pool was not heated and quite brisk. Spa pools had a number of jets not functioning. These are issues I wouldn't expect from a hotel a fraction of the price, let alone this caliber of hotel. We enjoyed our stay but thought the cost consciousness was out of place and impacted the experience at this $.

Aside from some minor investments, many of the items could be easily corrected by staff training, improved communication with the guest and engagement, and overall if you are aware of these elements and expect them, it's great property overall.. just not the level of service, attention to detail, or best approach in many cases for a full service resort and very much the management's view (confirmed through staff comments) that they are running an apartement rental property vs a full service hotel is reflecflected in their approach.

Nice property. 4 min walk to the beach and runs were clean and sizeable. Some strange nuances. 2 Keurig coffee pods provided on day 1 only (additional ones needed to be purchased). Needed to ask for toilet paper to be refilled (not done daily). No tissue. No change in towels over 3 days. Needed to ask for a key to the lockbox in room. Pool was not heated and quite brisk. Spa pools had a number of jets not functioning. These are issues I wouldn't expect from a hotel a fraction of the price, let alone this caliber of hotel. We enjoyed our stay but thought the cost consciousness was out of place and impacted the experience at this $.
