Lisbon Serviced Apartments Santos

Check in the apartment was difficult. Very small not spacious. No amenities to place personal items. No side table reading lights. We tried to call the land lord but no reply and phone was disconnected. Very nartow space in the lifts not enough for two people with luggage can fit. No instructions given as to which part of the building was the apartment as our apartment was outside through another entrance luckily some other guests were entering and they gave us directions. Cleaniness in bathroom was brilliant and plenty of towels. The description mentioned free toiletries but there was only body wash which was free. No body lotion or shampoo! Space in apartment is so cramped. There is a dofa bed for 3rd person but luckily we were only two as the sofa bed was broken! No tea bags provided only 3 mint tea bags. We would next time prefer a hotel where service is available

Par contre, c’est l’arrivée qui fut assez compliquée car je n’avais pas reçu courriel pour indiquer comment entrer dans l’immeuble ni les codes pour entrer par la suite dans appartement. On nous disait, lors de la location qu’on recevrait info 24 gré avant notre arrivée. J’ai dû appeler plusieurs fois avant qu’on me répondre et, même si j’avais écrit à Hotel.com, je n’avais pas de retour de courriel. Finalement, j’ai retrouvé le fameux courriel dans mes courriels indésirables non pas 24 gré mais une semaine avant ma date! Alors à surveiller vos courriels indésirables

I like the apartment and location very nice. The Bed and couch are very hard uncomfortable to sleep.

The property itself was very nice but luggage lockers did not work, it was difficult to get in contact with management because they wouldn’t answer the phones.

It was a nice place to stay, small but had the necessities. Was on the out skirts of the city but was walkable if you had comfortable shoes.

Positives: Good location, about 13 minutes walk from the metro/trams. Bus routes on door step. Nice area and easy to walk along the river. Check in was easy enough to do once I phoned the host as I didn’t receive email with check in code. Remember to take picture of door codes when checking in as you will need them to access property. Booked for two nights, plenty of towels, changed on first day and bins emptied. Nice touch with breakfast crackers, jam and tea bags! Negatives: I requested a specific room on a message but did not receive a reply, which was disappointing. Smell from the bathroom on first night, I had read in reviews that covering the drains helps so I did and it was fine next day. A couple of ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

+ = great location, good value for money, clean apartment, good housekeeping. Good kitchen appliances. - = probably the most stressful check in I’ve come across as a seasoned traveler. Also kitchen could do with some extra dishwasher tablets, a tea towel for example.

Location was convenient for public transport. Inside property was nice clean modern but narrow steep staircase and poorly lighting. External entrance poorly lit can't see digital pad.signs wasn't visible.

Overall, a pleasant stay here. All new amenities were in the apartment as well as regular cleaning if required. Drains sometimes had a smell but covering them seemed to stop it.

The location was they key everything is nearby. Everyday they clean the apartment if you want.

The only pro about this place was the location and everything being walking distance. The room was so dirty, ants everywhere in the bathroom, broken faucet, stains on the pillows. Not to mention the restaurant right below the apartment is extremely noisy. Good luck trying to sleep. I do not recommend this place at all.

The specific 1br apartment configuration I had felt like it could have used some more hooks and places to hang things. Otherwise the bathroom was spacious (showed leaked at door seam though) and the bed was comfortable. Facing interior area made it a bit more quiet. I've stayed here before and definitely would again!

When we booked, the confirmation said we would be emailed the access code 24 hours before. This didn't happen. The property had a code key, an intercom doorbell and a sign. The say said to enter the code or if you don't have your code ring the local number. We rang the local number and was told to press the doorbell to be let in. quick to resolve but worrying when looking for an email that was never sent. Appartment was excellent, use again.

Very spacious, clean, and newer amenities. Check in was extremely easy.

Expedia posting and pictures are only generic for this owner. This comment is specific to SantoshB unit 12B. Seen IKEA showcases of 275 sq-ft, I thought i could stay comfortably with this 356 but not really (we are from Oregon). I keep bumping into furniture and even TV on the wall, lol. Guess the space usage is not as efficient as ikea. Well, at least the ceiling is very high even there is ZERO view outdide the windows. A bit claustrophobic maybe only for me. The elevator and stairs are typical to old european buildings updated to modern era so that’s not any surprise. The management responds only on email (not WhatsApp as everone would expect) but IS responsive, so just be patient. i wish i had SIM cards with voice, not just data-only. All appliances are nice shiny Bosch. The unit looks and feels brand new. You really get to check out that smallest dishwasher i’ve seen in anyone’s life! Be careful with the shower door since the glass bottom does not seal well by bad design and construction. Try not to spash too much water onto the shower door. These apartments are “serviced” so actually they would clean up and change towels everyday but we stay green. I could have given a zero star here just because the efforts i had to manage the shower flooding (while on holidays! lol) but that’s not fair. We did have a really great time in Lisboa and Portugal in mid October of 2024. People are so friendly and nice! Really relaxing, too.

Our stay in Lisbon was wonderful and the apartment was roomy and center of town. So easy to access and we'll equipped with everything you might need for a long stay.

The apartment was clean and close to attractions. It had a smell coming from the shower but I contacted property and they provided air freshener the nest day. We covered the shower floor drain with a towel and left windows open a crack during the day and that solved the problem.

The apartments were clean and modern. However, there was no door for the bathroom in our unit, which was not favorable and there was an odd smell in the unit. Check-in process was also a bit complicated and unnecessary. Did not respond to messages through Expedia. Good enough for a 3 night stay all things considered.
