The hotel was organised and efficient. Breakfast variety was not exceptional and did not cater for vegans. Ant infestation in the bathroom of my 3rd floor room was a disappointment.

קיבלנו חדר מסריח שלשהות בו הרגיש כמו להיות בשירותים ציבוריים במדינת עולם שלישי.
אנשי הקבלה הבינו ברוב טובם שהחדר לא ראוי ללינת לילה ומאחר והמלון היה בתפוסה מלאה,
לצערנו רק בחצות אישרו החזר מלא על התשלום ועזרו לחפש לנו מלון אחר. לעולם לא נתארח שוב או שנמליץ לחברנו להתארח שם.
לא קיבלנו אפילו שיחת התנצלות מטעם המלון על הטירטור שנאלצנו לעבור באמצע הלילה. ממש בושה וחרפה.
היינו במשך 15 ימים בפורטוגל ונהננו מהמלונות, זה היה הליחה האחרון והחוויה הנוראית הזאת השאירה טעם מר לכל החופשה.
כמה חבל.

Eu gostei de estar neste hotel, bem situado e com uma area envolvente agradável, espaços verdes bem cuidados.
Para um hotel de 4 estrelas os quartos podiam ser mais espaçosos.
