Room was small. Hotel near cafes and metro station. Staff were wonderful. No microwave in room but small fridge present in room.

Very good location, walking distance to metro and very reasonable Uber prices to touristic places and airport. Room was clean and with good space for 3. Front desk staff was very friendly. They hold guest luggages after check out that can be very usefull. I would come back to this hotel.

Lovely location, polite staff and the room had everything we needed.

Nice little place. It is a very quiet area, without a lot of bussle, near Metro, buses and rght by a lovely park (marques pom bal) , a castle and a bunch more hotels. Not too too much in the immediate area but it is about a 20min walk and perhaps 2-3metro stops to the Patio De Gale area where there are the tourist stuff todo. food options in the immediate area is thin and what is there closes 9-11pm except a 24hr McD at the corner.

The staff are very polite

Never having been to Lisbon previously the main issue for us was its location at the top of the (quite steep) hill. Apart from that were were very happy with the apartment.

The staff is not very attentive. I had to call down 3 times on 2 different occasions to get fresh towels or anything iron. Got late for a wedding because they didn't bring for an hour

There is a lounge to refill the water bottle the hotel provides. It is a good location to get to much of the sights.

Rooms are Great, triple rooms have balconies, and. The room is pretty big Walking distiance from the principal avenue with luxury shops and hotels

Mi experiencia en este hotel no fue la mejor. Reservé un estudio Deluxe principalmente por las fotos que mostraban un balcón privado, pero la habitación que me asignaron no lo tenía, lo cual fue decepcionante. La insonorización es muy deficiente: se escucha el metro pasar todo el tiempo y también las voces y pasos de otros huéspedes. El staff de recepción fue muy amable, pero el personal del desayuno del primer día no fue nada cordial. La fachada del hotel está bastante descuidada y, en la habitación, había un foco dañado, cortinas manchadas y encontramos pertenencias del huésped anterior (un perfume y una caja), lo que deja claro que la limpieza fue deficiente. Además, regular el agua caliente en la ducha fue una lucha: pasaba de extremadamente caliente a muy fría sin previo aviso. La ubicación es buena, pero en general, hay muchos aspectos que necesitan mejora. De los 6 hoteles en los que me he hospedado durante mi viaje a Europa, este sería el único que no me gustó.— My experience at this hotel was not the best. I booked a Deluxe Studio mainly because the photos showed a private balcony, but the room I was given didn’t have one, which was disappointing. The soundproofing is very poor—you can hear the metro passing by constantly, as well as the voices and footsteps of other guests. The front desk staff was very kind, but the breakfast staff on the first day was not friendly at all. The hotel’s exterior looks quite neglected, and in the room, there was a broken lightbul

The staff were helpful and the hotel itself is in a great location with access to everything you need within reasonable distance. The hotel room was a good size for 3 people as well as we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. There is a nice lounge in the 9th floor that’s a good place to chill with a bottle of wine as well. All in all a good trip.
