Great option if you plan to fly the next day. Very close to airport, parking is easy and check in was quick. Front staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. However there was no fridge and that surprised me. Its a minimalist hotel so don’t expect a lot

We will stay here again. We were surprised at all the abandoned buildings covered in graffiti. It made us feel unsafe. Although we will stay here again if it is a quick trip to Lisbon. We stayed in Madeira Island for 10 days but came over to Lisbon for the Portugal vs Denmark game so only needed a quick stay near the airport for 2 nights. It was perfect for that. Hotel itself is very clean, nice complimentary breakfast, staff were very very helpful and accommodating. We were safe, we didn't leave the hotel and walk in the area.

We arrived hotel 2 am after 3 hours struggle getting our luggages. Waiting over half hour ( just 2 group customers but the staff works so slow to deliver room’ key) to get the room’s key with another customer inside - scary - get down complain and receive another room .
Because it was late so we could not buy the sim card to contact with tour guider , so, we are need wifi , the staff give wifi password 5 times in corrected , he typed psw on our phone then its work !
The hotel location is good point , 7 mins driving to the airport, but the staff services is very bad . Anybody wants to stay there that needs slow to anger while tired and receiving the room with the guest inside .

I would like to express my frustration that they never replied to me. I had the option to cancel my reservation before midnight, but my husband and I were affected by the massive power outage. We couldn't stay at this hotel at all because they do not answer the phone or respond to messages. Even Expedia attempted to contact them twice, but they still kept my reservation money without any response. I will not change my review unless they provide better attention and service.
At this time I feel very scammed from this place.

The location was very good as it was close to the airport but our room was not good. Only 1 bedside lamp and 1 small hanging light above the desk. Both needed new bulbs as they were very dim. The bed was comfortable but there was no fitted sheet - only a flat that did not fit around the corners. The mattress cover was not fitting properly and the mattress was dirty and stained. There was no remote for the television and one was never delivered to the room as promised. The hotel was full. Maybe we got the last room; it definitely was in poorest condition.

I only stayed for 9 hours while on a layover, but the bathroom sink wasn't draining properly and the shower was leaking onto the floor. The place is good for a one night stay, while on a layover, but not sure about long term.

The hotel looks to be in below average condition.
The staff at checkin was not very helpful and did not know the real at all. She recommended a restaurant that is a ten minute walk and is permanently closed.
The biggest problem is that there are no dining establishments within walking distance.

Good location for the airport. Facilities in the room were limited. They provide a kettle but only 2 tea bags. One black and one Camomile! No coffee and no milk. However they did provide one bottle of water. Breakfast was well organised although the hot food could have been hotter.
