Hotel was nice, front desk staff and the bartender were really friendly! Rooms were hot and you were unable to regulate the a/c because it was still considered winter time! Too stuffy in our room for the entire 8 nights we stayed there!!! The air quality was poor in our room! Lots of nice cafes and restaurants really close to the hotel!

Our stay at the hotel was superb. We travelled with our one year old son. The hotel staff were helpful and accomodating. The location is brilliant as you can walk/metro/book an Uber/Bolt (very cheap) and get to the best locations. I'd definitely stay at Turim Saldanha again. The only negative was that the room temperature is too warm. The windows open but the A/C either did not work or I couldn't figure out how to use it. In any case, definitely recommend this hotel!

No hot water on the first day. I was told it was fixed once well before it was fixed, presumably because the receptionist I asked thought I was leaving for the day. breakfast opened late. Remote for TV functioned only sporadically, and the default was to set to turn on background Xmas music every time you enter the room. Room was also overheated and it couldnt be turned down, so had to have the window open. It was a good location, however and relatively cheap, but will likely look elsewhere next time!
