Due to World Cup Qatar 2022, all traveler's who are not citizens of Qatar must obtain a Hayya Card to enter Qatar and World Cup stadiums. Please note that in order to obtain a Hayya Card, foreign traveler's must get their accommodation booking validated by the accommodation owner. To do so, after booking, traveler's must provide personal details, dates of travel, game ticket application number (if any), and any other information that may be required. If the booking is not validated, the accommodation owner may cancel the booking without a refund.

To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 21 and up, and the test must have been administered no more than 48 hours prior to check-in.
