Penzion je na krásném místě s úzasným výhledem, terasou, wellness, kuchařem a personálem. Dovolenou jsme si krásně užili, personál byl velmi milý a nápomocný. Doporučil bych však hotelu vyměnit jejich rezervační/účtovací systém jelikož bude asi velmi složitý a práci personálu jen ztěžoval. Večeře nebyly nejlevnější, ale za to byly výborné. Wellness je placené, ale stojí za to. Cena by ale také mohla být příznivější.

Nekompetentní personál, který dopředu sděluje, že tam jeho kompetence a možnosti vám pomoct jsou omezené. Problémy s rezervačním systémem přes Trivago a Hotels.com - dostávají prý mylné informace a pak svévolně ruší pobyt, aniž by klienta kontaktovali. Tak se může stát, že budete stát s rodinou v lese před hotelem 4km od civilizace, kde není telefonní signál, bez ubytování a vzhledem k obsazenosti okolních ubytovacích kapacit bude dosti složité zajistit jiné ubytování.
Pokoje čisté , rozbitá toaleta (utržené sedátko WC).
Snídaně formou švédských stolů - nefungující kávovar
V hotelu je pouze špatně fungující wifi ale NENÍ TELEFONNÍ SIGNÁL!!!!
Cena zcela jistě neodpovídá kvalitě nabízených služeb. ROZHODNĚ NEDOPORUČUJI.
Nemá cenu riskovat zkaženou dovolenou v tomto hotelu.
